Convenient location

Chiguacle at Union Station is a must.

Terrible service can’t make a inch of noise or you will get kicked outn

The lounge was closed, sadly. Menus and QR codes were in the room, but there was no kitchen to bring food from. I'd take the menus out if I was the owner. The burger joint (Glory) downstairs nextdoor was awesome though. They even stayed open late one night after a show at the Orpheum let out. Nice owner! Other things: My friends were in a studio room, and they really needed black out curtains like we had in our regular room with 1/5 of the windows. One more room recommendation: they need some sort of a light in the closet. With black paint, you cannot see in the closet. Even a push button light on the wall would help. For the record: none of these "complaints" were enough to not enjoy our stay! Just tryin' to help :)

‎I really enjoyed staying in the City Suite with my friends. We felt comfortable from the moment we walked in, and the room matched the photos online. We had everything we needed for a pleasant stay, and the staff was welcoming whenever we had questions.

I chose the King Room for a business trip and it exceeded my expectations. The check-in only took a few minutes. It was a convenient place to stay for my conference

The City Suite was exactly what we needed for our trip. It had plenty of room to relax and we were able to get some laundry done which was really helpful for our family.

Booked the Double King room for a weekdays with friends and we were impressed. The room was spacious and having two king beds made a huge difference. Check-in was simple, and the hotel was close to restaurants and places we wanted to visit.

A must stay !!!

Our family of four stayed in the Double King room and it worked out perfectly. The beds were comfortable, there was plenty of space for our luggage, and everything was clean when we arrived. The location made it easy to get around downtown, and the staff was friendly throughout our stay.

Stayed in a king bedroom for 2 nights and had a great experience. The staff accommodated our request for the romance package and we had a delicious bottle of wine upon arrival.

Perfect since the Orpheum was literally a block away!

Exceeded our expectations, so clean & modern & spacious. I loved that it had a washer & dryer too! The staff was extremely accommodating & kind. Especially Abby! We will forsure be back

Parking citation was not the best !

OK, I’ll just say that it was difficult to find the front door at night in the dark. Secondly, parking in the car in their garage space was not straightforward as somebody had taken the clicker and we couldn’t get in or get out.

First off the staff worked really hard to make sure we were happy now the room was very nice and the front desk was very trendy however the parking wasn't a fan of that and if you're a person who likes to have their car valet and have help with your bags this might not be your place however if you're in downtown LA it's a cool way to stay but it's more like staying in an apartment not a hotel if you're looking for an experience and the feel of downtown LA then this is the place if you're a person who likes to pull in get some help being a true Hotel environment then maybe look somewhere else however it's a good place

Everything was amazing, only downside is if you’re in the city suite or penthouse you’ll be 3 blocks away from the main hotel. Parking garage also closes at a certain time but the front desk is very punctual at opening it upon request. The Wi-Fi is also not so great but everything else was great, will definitely be back :)
