Rooms are small,and the street noise was terrible. It sounded like there was a formula 1 race running right outside the hotel late at night.

Great downtown location. Very clean room. Everything worked - refrig, micro, air-con. Cherry Cafe next door had excellent pastries, coffee and friendly staff.

There were complete amenities inside the rooms - there was both a fridge and microwave in the room! Whereas some facilities either have one or the other and also the extra added provision of coffee! It wasn’t that the staff weren’t friendly it was more like they were kind of indifferent. Other that they were cool - the workers or the porters who cleaned the building and spoke little English were the most friendliest. The rooms here at the Kamada were a little small however location was okay

The staff is SO unbelievably kind. The cleanliness of the room was fantastic! There is a bar and restaurant and a coffee shop one door down from the entrance to the hotel that was absolutely delicious. Then there is grand street market two blocks down with even more great food and drinks. I was thrilled with this hotel. The rooms are a bit small, but it’s absolutely fine for a short weekend stay for solo travelers or couples. The bathroom is great, and there’s a desk and microwave and mini fridge so it still has everything you need in a hotel room.

Lorraine, the manager, is extremely rude and very combative. Not only is she extremely rude to customers staying there, but also to her employees as well. If you ever have to go to her about your concerns, she will be very dismissive about your concerns. I told her AC was out for two days and she said,"no it wasnt." As if SHE was the one who stayed in the room herself. Thankfully, everything was resolved but the experience my family and I had here with her as well as the Hispanic woman who waves her hands around her face up at the front desk was absolutely unprofessional and made our vacation such a poor experience. The only good experience was Mel. You are amazing. That man needs a raise.

Cold AC to help due to recent LA weather. The hotel was very close to main attractions and venues. During my stay I absolutely enjoyed the nice sized room for 1 person to stay in. I would stay here again. The shower walls were way to small for even 1 person. The shower head was not tall enough for a man of 5'11 height and I felt crammed inside a box / no room for even 1/2 arm span.

Rochester thats a big be NO NO NO

I wemt on a last minute Thing and went to are room had used the bathroom turn the lights on and Roche was everywhere NASTY and was trying to take pictures but the was running fast but I got a couple Rochester thats a big be NO NO NO

I liked that it was close to transit and the train station. Also lots out cute cafes and restaurants nearby and an Asian market 15 min walk away.

Great all around. No complaints. Very helpful staff. Good price.
