Great location just needs to be updated

Got there it was super busy receptionist seemed annoyed and felt like the process was rushed once got into the room. The restroom did not look like it was clean properly. The bathroom was dirty. The wallpaper was coming off.The floor was dirty. There was marks what seem to be blood or dirt or something on the doors of the closet for as much as we paid for one night it should not be that dirty.

Perfect location for Los Angeles convention center and close to a plaza of small shops to browse and eat.

Great spot in the middle of little tokyo with a really cool garden area for taking photos

Food at the restaurant was not good. Buffet was terrible and was not enough to eat. The food in the buffet wasn’t good. Valet parking is way too expensive. I think it should be $30 a day. The staff however was friendly and nice.

Clean room, staff was great, valet was fantastic and we loved the warm cookies.

Room clean and comfortable

The property is very dated, and the mattress had deep indents from years of wear. More concerning, the duvet insert inside the triple-sheeted bedding was visibly stained with brown spots, which made us question the cleanliness. We also bought food from the Pantry (overpriced but we were so tired), but they couldn’t provide spoons or napkins, so we had to walk to the restaurant just to get utensils. The location is the hotel’s biggest asset, but it desperately needs updates and better attention to cleanliness.

Location is next to Little Tokyo. Convenient access to the train system.

The location was superb! Right beside Little Tokyo and walking distance to the museums, etc. Nothing really, just minor incidents — the toilet broke so we had to change rooms although they upgraded us to a garden view. In the new room however the safety deposit initially didn’t worked but they also fixed it.

Nice enough for a small trip

Mid stay had to pay way too much parking. Hotel rooms had dirty walls with stains on them

It was a very convenient location for us with what we had planned. The staff was very nice and the room was very clean with a great view.

Great place and services overall

Very clean and hospitality was great.

Front desk personnel at check in were unfriendly, unhelpful, and dismissive. I had purchased breakfasts and they forgot to issue those. I think this is a good hotel for traveling sports groups. Bare minimum but nice and clean. I hear that there is a lovely Japanese garden in the hotel.

Every Staffperson I encountered was super nice, helpful and professional. Exceptional service overall. Property was clean, well maintained and perfectly located for dodgers games as you can walk to union station for the bus.
