Carpet wasn't clean with gum on it. Beds smelled. Limited yet expensive parking.

Sorry to say that the pillows smelled awful, there’s stool splashed on the toilet, the fridge was noisy, there’s no utility disposal cups in the bathroom to put water in for brushing our teeth. I called the clerk to let them know that I was given a handicapped room. I was told reservation I made was for handicapped room. This was a mistake in my part. I stayed with my friend last year in this same hotel and we were very pleased with it . It was under my friend’s name and we shared the cost. We come to LA every year to attend a church and this hotel is the ideal location because it’s very close to the church. Thank you.
