Great location, I can’t think a better location for staying overnight or a few nights in LA Downtown. Most of other parts of LA downtown felt as ghost town but not this place. Next to Little Japan and activities. Overall good amenities and stay.

Sure when you walk in to the hotel nice clean eye catching but the once you go to your rooms it needs a little TLC. And the walk to your car the line to elevators is crazy and in the heat; horrible. Staff wasn’t really around but the front desk, our room was hot but other than that it was okay.

Well located in Japan Town area near Union Station. Definitely a pro-Dodgers place, offering shuttle service for games. Clean, neat, little deferred maintenance, nice amenities. Would stay here again.

I've stayed here a few times and keep going back. In the heart of Little Tokyo it's very convenient to where we like to be. There's a nice little cafe in the lobby with excellent food. Staff is very friendly and keep the property clean. Valet parking is very easy and convenient.

Parking is $50 valet probably seams worth it over parking structure $15-30 that has broken elevators, stairway full of urine, homeless, trash clothing etc it's complicated to get to hotel entrance like a maze. Room is okay without microwave but small fridge, window opens for air.

I enjoyed the room. Was clean, friendly staff, surrounding area was enjoyable. Easy walk to a small grocery and plenty of restaurants in the area. One block away from the Little Tokyo/Arts District stop on the metro.
