The hotel is strtegically located. It is walkable going to Metro station and places to eat Sharing bathroom.

The location is good, somewhat safe area. The basic room is big, comfy and clean. Bathrooms are kept clean LA’s expensive but I feel the price is too expensive for bare minimum

very good price for the premium location. staff was extremely friendly and willing to help me with my queries and bookings. bad sound proofing. on my last night there were people above me and people next to my room doing stuff thoughout the night, and it was noisy. i could not sleep at all that night.

The staff was outstanding throughout my stay. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely willing to help. Their positive attitude and customer service made the experience much more enjoyable. The room was clean, comfortable, and met my expectations. The location is also convenient and provides good access to the surrounding area. The bathroom could benefit from better maintenance, as there were visible signs of mold that affected the overall impression of cleanliness. In addition, although the location is good, the building is currently surrounded by public road construction. The concrete barriers around the work area are heavily covered in graffiti, which makes it appear that the construction has been in place for a long time and detracts from the property’s appearance.

I enjoyed my 2 night stay in LA downtown in the Arts/Tokyo district. It has some good Japanese restaurants nearby and not far to the subway train. It’s imperative you bring silicone earplugs as it noisy being in the city so you can sleep ok.

Very friendly and professional staff and in a good location. One of the main room lights was not functional and the receptacle for the AC unit had pulled away from the wall.

The location was great The smell of the room was not very nice and toilets didn’t had a lot of privacy in the showers. Didn’t feel very comfortable

Staff was very friendly. We left our luggage after checkout and collected later on which was such a bonus. Rooms were nice and clean. Had fantastic experience. Location is so near to train station. I would use them again. Nothing.

I liked everything about this hotel, the bed was one of the best I’ve slept in. The location was perfect. There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about this hotel, having to choose I would’ve liked a broom/dust pan. Unavoidable due to construction. I would definitely stay here again.

It was a lot better than I expected for a hotel with shared bathrooms. The hotel itself is gorgeous and in a great location that I really enjoyed. I would’ve liked a small broom and dustpan for my room as the floor naturally gets dirty easily. This did not affect my stay or how comfortable my room was with the bed itself being one of the most comfortable of my many hotel stays.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and both the room and bathroom were very clean and well maintained. I also really liked the neighborhood, it has a very charming and relaxed atmosphere. There’s an excellent pizza place nearby, as well as Alfred Coffee, which was perfect for coffee and breakfast in the morning. I came with much lower expectations, so I was genuinely impressed by the whole experience. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great value stay in Los Angeles.

Masuma the receptionist was lovely and accommodating

The location is very convenient if you're looking to do things nearby in Little Tokyo. The check in process was smooth and I got all of my needs met. There was a nice cold water dispenser and there was all the hotel basics that you needed. Separate restrooms is not my personal preference, but there was at least a mixed gender single restroom that you could use with its own shower. The pillows I had were passable, and the room lighting was awkward but nothing too bad. The table was a little scratched up/stained when I arrived, but not that big of a deal to me.
