We give 3 stars instead of 2 because the staff was helpful and friendly. Location is very good for proximity to Century City and Beverly Hills.

Our shower didn’t drain had to ask for it to be plunged. There was a constant buzzing all night from the bathroom extractor fan. Man came out of the room Next door to ours in full hazmat suit including the big mask????? I don’t think we will be back.
-
Close proximity to shops, small boutique feel, close to the highway. No phone in the room, skimpy on soap and towels. Has a motel feel.
-
Neutral: Parking lot in the back was workable but small. Negatives: Hotel cleanliness is definitely not as advertised. Room was dirty upon entrance (dirty towel on floor, brown/red color smudges on the door, hair in shower, dirt on pillows).

Clean room and great staff
-
There were very few amenities. No shampoo or conditioner. No coffee maker or fridge.

Great place to stay. Relaxing place. Quiet.
-
old rooms, with dated amenities, but clean. AC was loud.

Arrived. They allowed early check in. However the room was hot and had a free standing portable AC. The power went out in our room, which included power for the portable AC, and the toilet kept running and was loud. They couldn’t get the power to our room back on- only room impacted. We asked for a refund and left.

Cute hotel. Fit our needs for one night. Good AC. Friendly staff. Could hear neighbors when they arrived but wasn't an issue overnight. Shower stream was not adjustable and kinda harsh. Hotel has some cosmetic wear especially in bathroom but again was fine. Convienent to UCLA. Enjoyed Italian restaurant within walking distance.

Loved this hotel. Huge clean room, and very helpful staff. Not much in the immediate neighborhood, but it's return.

Aslo, the portable AC unit was very load and we could not sleep well.

It’s a good size room. The TV works. Everything is extremely clean and that is the most important thing and I’m close enough to where I need to go taking a Lyft or an Uber is not a lot and I can even walk. I’m starting to go to LA more often and this is usually my go to place.

Motel 6 experience at Marriott prices. No working WiFi. Toiletries minimal at best. Indifferent staff.

It was ok nothing special

This was my one-night stay to help move my son into his apartment for next term at UCLA. Parking was super easy in their back lot. The staff at the check-in counter were very welcoming and explained everything I needed to know, including when the back door at the parking area is locked. My room was small, but for 1 or 2 people it's perfect. The air conditioning was cranked up way too high for me, but there was a note explaining how to adjust it, which I found very helpful. Everything was clean and tidy, except I have to mention that when I walked around on the hard floor, I picked up some dust/dirt, so that tells me not to walk around barefoot. Other than that, I highly recommend this hotel.

It was bad experience

Price was right. A bit disappointed by the air conditioning and lack of a window to outside

A/C was broken and floor unit was installed. It sounded like a lawn mower all night long. The shower curtain was missing weights, so it didn't stay secure and made the floor wet. The hair dryer didn't work and was covered in some brown stuff. Broken/cracked wall plug. The floor wasn't clean. I think all the rooms are mopped with the same water, which defeats the purpose. Although the bed was comfortable, it creaked like an old wooden cart whenever you moved. The opening in the tent in the lobby allowed water and leaves to make the lounge furniture wet and unusable, and the floors wet and slippery. Photos posted on-line were taken by Trip Advisor in 2017 and are nothing like what you get. I have my own photos, if you’re interested. EXPEDIA should do it’s own research before rating this on line.

Over the bathroom. Ceiling was caving in. Some strange stain on the cloth headboard. Dust and cracks all Over the room. The floor tiles peeling off. 1 towel per person and we didn’t use the rags because of previous posts regarding being charged. They locked the front doors and closed off the parking lot even though I paid for 2 nights. I had to move the cones so I could park. Some random guy was asking where are you staying what room. He never said who he was or if we worked there. The bottom lobby area and stairs flooded from rain. No signs or cleaning up the stairs at all. The signs for the wet lobby came about 4 hours after the rain. One person working the front and they make you pay up front for the parking $20 a day. No charging it to the card. No one was at the front desk at night or early morning.the floors were dirty in the room. My socks were black. You can hear everyone’s conversation. The special knocks at the room next door. My key card stopped working when we came back from a concert and luckily my daughters one worked or we would have been locked out. No one was there working that we saw. Waiting to see if they try and keep my deposit like people have said previously.
