location on the bus and metro is perfect for getting around

Provided a variety of fresh, hot and cold, breakfast items. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Parking on site was limited and spaces were tight. The bathroom in our room was extremely small.

I would get this place more stars if I could. Everyone is kind, courteous and helpful and everything is pristine clean. The breakfast are really good as well as the pool and the hot tub. The room is spacious and one of the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in. We will definitely return and recommend this place to friends and family. At the front desk Fred is the best !!!

Parking lot is hard to get in and out of.

I went to LA to take a class the distance from where I took my class to the hotel was good only took me about 10 minutes to get where I needed to get every day which was very convenient First thing I didn’t like was the room I got was literally a small box. The air unit they had in there was not very good but at least at night it got cool enough for me to sleep the bathroom. I could literally stand in the shower and touch the wall to the toilet. The size of the shower was so small the only way I can describe it is an RV shower the old ones the ones that are super tiny, where the toilet was a wall was literally inches away from you which made it very uncomfortable to sit there. Also, God forbid you don’t have a small car because if you have anything but a small car, you can’t park in the parking station underneath the hotel, you have to park on the side of the hotel, which is still on the property. You do have to pay an extra $20 to park there every night. That’s not my issue. My issue is it is hard to park at the side of the property and if your room is on the very other side, you have to log all that back-and-forth that elevator is on one side, not both sides making a very difficult to move all your luggage. Another thing is they don’t tell you what they’re gonna charge you. They just charge you. They told me about the parking. They did not tell me that there was another fee on my way back home. I just saw that they took it out I called the property. The lady was very rude. I told her you guys should’ve told me that you were gonna charge me that before you charged me. She continues to say oh it’s on if you read it you would’ve see that that’s what we charge OK but you still should tell me what you’re gonna charge me before you charge me I would never ever recommend this place nor would I ever stay here again

Nice rooms, great food!

Positive environment, above and beyond helpful staff and very clean rooms

The location is convenient and staff was friendly. The room is bare basic, and I had issues with the coffee machine not working but decided not to complain. The biggest challenge was their parking. The design is such that entering and exiting was extremely difficult with the mid-sized sedan rental car that I had. They have another slot for larger cars but it was full. I almost couldn't get out one morning when I was in rush. The hotel is conveniently close to public transportation so it's best for guests who don't have cars.

The room was really nice and big, on top of our double bed room, we also had a little living room and a little terrace. The location is good although Los Angeles is very big so either way we had to move around by car. The accommodation offers parking for 20$ a day (which we thought was pretty good). Breakfast was rich and good. Overall a good experience I would totally recommend it again I think everything was good, I wouldn't have changed anything specific.

I’ve never left a hotel before staying the night. It was that bad. I’m so upset to be out over $200 for an absolutely disgusting room that we couldn’t sleep in. I’m stunned it has so many great reviews. The pics are definitely deceiving as well. It gave Motel 6, not Best Western. So upset.

The room itself was nice. When I made the reservation I indicated I would like to check in at 1:00 pm. The clerk when I came in indicated our room wasn’t ready, but he was able to move things around to get me in right away, which was appreciated. I was then told about parking and was told it was $17, but I could park somewhere on the street for free. I opted reluctantly to pay the fee. It would have been nice to show those things on the website. After checking in the room, I was called by the desk because I had forgotten to mention I had 2 animals and the room was not a pet friendly room because of the carpeting. I offered to switch rooms and was told there were only 3 pet friendly rooms because those rooms were not carpeted,, and those rooms were gone. However because I was only staying one night that I could stay in the room but if they made messes it would be $100 more. The only ice machine I found was in another building, which required taking the elevator down one building and down to the parking garage then back around to the building where the lobby and some other rooms were. As far as breakfast went I was told it was from 7 to 9. There was a sign indicating that and was told it verbally. We usually don’t stay to have breakfast, but decided to do it this time. We got up and packed our things and then waited for about an hour until a few minutes before 7 and was told that on Saturdays they start at 7:30. Unreasonable to have people wait until 7 or 7:30. We left angry.

Nice facilities, good breakfast, but often crowded, good value for the price. They need to change the mattress or the pull out sofa, it’s very thin and uncomfortable even for a kid is not adequate

We stayed in a two queen with pull out couch, it was perfect for my family of 4. Breakfast (pancakes, fruit, eggs, sausage, coffee) was such a nice perk! Beds were comfortable, room was clean. My only complaints were our very small bathroom with no working fan, and the laundry room only took quarters. Great central location for traveling.
