Great stay, amazing staff and hotel! I am looking forward to my next stay!

The gentleman who checked us in was fantastic. I wish I had his name. Offered us a complimentary glass of wine or beer. I needed to print a label and he said that was possible. The next morning the woman at the front desk even went through the effort to reduce the size of the label so it would fit the package we were mailing. Breakfast was lovely. Oh, I forgot to mention we slept on the world’s best pillows. We had a fantastic nights sleep. We’d definitely stay again.

The manager at check in was extremely rude. There was no one at the desk at 3pm check in time. We waited and could hear people talking and laughing in the back room. We continued to wait as three other couples came in behind us, but no staff came to the desk. I called out, but they couldn’t hear me over their conversation. I finally went around the counter to call out to them at the doorway and the manager on duty came out yelling at me that they were “doing business back here”, and it was very inappropriate for me to me back there. She called another employee to check me in and the whole time continued to have a tantrum about how inappropriate I was. She just stood there at the desk and made the rest of the people waiting wait for the other employee to check them in. It’s very sad that she had this meltdown in front of all these people, yet I’m the one who was inappropriate. Never received an apology for having to wait. So unprofessional.

Easy check-in, no problem parking there for the 2 nights we were there, delightful breakfast included. We stayed in a king bed room and it was enough space for us. Brought ear plugs because prior reviewers commented on noise with the hotel being off of Santa Monica Blvd, but we didn't need them. Appreciated the filtered water dispenser near the courtyard. The courtyard fire pit, lights, and music were nice touches for relaxing at the end of the day. Highly recommend!

Property clean and friendly staff

2nd time staying at Olivia Hotel and everything is as excellent as the first time. Bernado at check in was very helpful. Justino and team at the cafe prepared yummy breakfast. Hotel manager Kathy checked in every day to ensure a comfortable stay. Thank you all so very much.

Absolutely exquisite boutique hotel. Perfect for visiting West Los Angeles.

The included breakfast was very nice over the first few days, though the limited menu made for diminishing returns. Still, we loved the quiche and french toast, and the avocado toast was decent. Parking is available, but no ev charging - which would have been a great amenity. The courtyard is a charming place to relax with plenty of lounge chairs, tables and even a fire pit. This location is very convenient to Century City, Beverly Hills, and most other points of interest in the LA area, being relatively close to major freeways. Highly recommended!

Great place but need better breakfast selections.

Amazing stay. We were very happy with our choice in picking this hotel. Staff was very kind! Location was perfect and parking was easy. Keep in mind the rooms are small (we didn’t mind) but we did wish they were bigger specifically for more storage. Breakfast included is a bonus and absolutely wonderful. Easy check in. Be aware if you’re unable to bring luggage’s up stairs to ask for a room on main floor. But overall perfect stay. We will most definitely be back!
