Be back but had a nice time for a short stay. B+

We were promised VIP perks and a $45 credit that were never received. One issue we had was that there was a clog in the shower, but that was fixed by the hotel staff the following day.

5 stars for its location.

Hidden gem and great location n Westwood. Very walkable to restaurants, campus and very quiet Please please please get new tvs which allow for better streaming and integration with smart phone capabilities.

hope the foldable bed in the living room can be sturdier as my back hurt a little bit. Putting some cooking oil in the kitchen will also be great. Other than these minor things, I'm absolutely satisfied with the experience.

I like the location, its proximity to the UCLA campus, and the building's and guest rooms' charming architecture. This was my third stay; the staff told me about the rooftop terrace, which I wasn't aware of. It's a fantastic outdoor space to relax with a drink. Likely due to the old architecture, there are not enough electrical outlets in the room to charge your devices. There is no charging station next to the bed, so I had to charge my phone on the kitchen counter. Not a dealbreaker, but I wish this issue could be addressed for modern travelers.

Spanish architecture California style with old world charm garden courtyard and rooftop terrace. Pretty. Incredible modern kitchenettes with all amenities. Quiet. Lovely bathrooms. Kind staff.

Hotel was very well maintained with so much charm. Great location near UCLA. Staff were very helpful. Did not like the individual bathroom soaps.

I’m not sure if our room (103) is the Hotels.com/Expedia room, but you have to enter the room from an alley between the hotel and an office building. It would be nice if you had the option to enter room 103 from the second floor courtyard.

Location was wonderful! I could walk everywhere! I highly recommend paying for the parking. On the nights I was alone, I felt super safe and typically secured a spot right by the elevator. I also wanted to give a shout out to Irie! She made my stay so comfortable and I look forward to one day returning. DISCLAIMER: This was an unforgettable stay! I look forward to coming back. Everything mentioned below is for those of you who may be nitpicky. -- Intentional Suggestions: 1. A towel ring to hang the hand towels 2. A double-sided mirror that pulls out for us to pluck, do our makeup, etc. 3. A shower stool for shaving or accessibility 4. TWO dental kits and TWO robes when the reservation calls for TWO individuals. Worn Furniture: The leather on the couch was peeled off in some places. I don't care about that, but it's good to note. I cared more about how it doubled as a pull-out bed, which I found to be helpful. Hidden Items: Would have appreciated a better walk-through of the unit. Utensils, pots, pans — everything you needed was there, but it was hidden. We ended up purchasing things because we couldn't locate the items. Dated Gym: Indoor/outdoor gym has two old workout machines and no weights. The tile shifts beneath the mat, making me feel unstable, like I'd fall through i I wasn't careful. There is a railing in front of the machines that grants you a gorgeous view of the city, but it made me feel like I'd propel to my death if I ran too quickly. A full gym is not a priority for me, though. The hotel is placed in a spot where a morning run around the neighborhood is just as worthwhile. Ghost Town Lounge: Upstairs lounge area felt neglected and not fully realized. Conference room was spacious and beautiful, but hot and not air-conditioned. Mood Stabilizer: Some concierge were not friendly. You would assume they'd be more welcoming since they're the first person you see when you walk inside.
