Not the quality what i expect from the W hotel rooms

Great location if you need to be close to the UCLA hospital and medical complex/school. Excellent food poolside and in the restaurant. Staff very helpful and friendly. Loved being in easy walking distance to everything we needed including grocery, pharmacy, coffee shops etc. Beautiful hotel with comfy beds.

We truly enjoyed out stay the the W West Beverly Hills. Great location! Super friendly staff! And I really appreciated the daily F&B credit and $10 daily Uber credit! We would definitely stay there again!

Appreciated upgrade to 2 BR suite. Spacious and comfortable. Very difficult calling hotel and getting. A person. Big construction project next door. Was bummed about trucks beeping starting. 6 am. Good value from Expedia but high resort fee and taxes made it pricey. Great location….lots of coffee and food in Westwood plus very easy to UCLA. Ali’s appreciated they honored request to have room not facing Hilgard. But facing over a low rooftop between two wings of the hotel

Unfortunately, our experience with the front desk was disappointing. The air conditioning in our bedroom never worked properly. After reporting the issue, we were told an engineer had been sent to our room, but nothing changed. We ended up leaving the living room A/C running at full blast with the bedroom door open just to make the room comfortable enough to sleep in. The weather was extremely warm and humid. It’s unfortunate that such a significant issue wasn’t resolved, especially when the rest of the staff provided such exceptional service. The employees working valet, bell services, housekeeping, and the pool/bar truly deserve recognition! They made a lasting positive impression despite the unresolved room issue.

Everyone was welcoming, accomodating and helpful There is perhaps room for improvement in the F&B department, however the service received from staff was good. Room was clean and spacious. Nice Gym. Upon request they will send up a coffee maker to your room.. Laundry service was good Thank you Restaurant menu is very limited, breakfast is just ok. Feel corridors need more light and soundproofing needs to improve.
