The room is simple and clean and includes a coffee maker, mini fridge, iron and hair dryer. I recommend bringing your own toiletries as the hotel provides only a 3-in-1 hair and body wash and heavily perfumed body lotion. The elevator makes an extremely concerning grinding noise and lurches to a stop on each floor. We elected to use the stairs after checking in. I recommend a room on the second floor to get away from the bustle of the first floor without climbing to the third. We did not go to the free breakfast. Overall would stay again for the price, location and especially the free parking.

Property and staff was nice. But breakfast was average.
-
Staff was very friendly and stored our bags for several hours in a secure location so we could explore with ease.

Great location in the heart of Westwood Village - walking distance to UCLA campus. Front desk person was super helpful with navigating streets and parking. Would absolutely return!

Shuttle bus available

Staff are helpful with all our needs

Parking space is very tight.

Good location, nice breakfast, and clean room, but not the 10/10 property that reviews promised. Staff was very unhelpful and the parking situation is really tight. Also, room is advertised as air conditioned but it's an underpowered and loud split level.

Staff are nice and helpful. Breakfast is great! I will choose again if I come back to LA

Clean, comfortable, and spacious rooms. Amenities (like included breakfast) were very much appreciated, even little touches like luggage storage service and a daily newspaper, things you don’t necessarily expect from a smaller boutique hotel. The location can’t be beat, lots to do within walking distance and an easy uber to lots of locations like SoGi stadium and Santa Monica pier.

Perfect location in Westwood. Staff were very helpful and understanding of our rapidly changing plans. Would stay there again without hesitation

Parking is terrible Room was very weirdly shaped as you have to enter the bedroom through the bathroom Ok for a quick night but I would never stay there again The old man at the desk was very Kurt and unfriendly It seemed like you were bothering him

Pros: Room - clean, bed - comfortable, the balcony was a nice addition. Having the microwave and mini fridge was nice to have (only used the mini fridge) for food storage. CONS: Took a shower only to find out that much of the water didnt go down the drain, but flowed outside the shower area, FLOODING the entire bathroom. My dirty clothes laying on the floor was SOAKED. Took over a day to wring all the water out and wait for them to dry. I told management and housekeeping came by to clean up the mess, but no one came to investigate the actual issue / cause of the flooding. It's UNACCEPTABLE that the layout of the shower area allows for this to happen. There's no extra barrier / graded drain to stop any flooding from happening if the shower drain is too small to handle a constant flow of water. These issues need to be looked at, assessed and fixed. I'd like to come back to this hotel another time, but not until the issues I mentioned have been addressed and an actual fix is implemented. Grab bars next to the toilet and shower should be reaccessed. Toilet grab bar is too far back, making it difficult to stand up when the edge of the bar is behind you at a standing position, forcing you to turn your body towards it. Shower bars need to be repositioned for easier access for those using the shower chair. (Getting in and out without having the on / off handle behind us). It's a bit difficult to reach if we need to face outwards to get out easier.

Overall, the stay was good. The parking was kind of tight and small. It was a little hard to park, but it was free, which is really rare in that area. The room was so clean and the staff were good people. The only downside was I expected the front desk to be friendlier, but sometimes I saw some people over there. They didn't want to have eye contact with me or other people, but in general, I was happy with my stay.

Great location. Loved the small size and that onsite parking and breakfast were included. Easy walk to The Hammer Museum, restaurants, Target, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s. Kitchenette and private patio for our first floor room were added bonuses. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

Not worth the price I paid

Location and room Breakfast is bad even for the american hotels

Location is great, clean, comfortable room. Breakfast was included although we didn’t have it. Although parking is included half the spaces require you to leave your keys as cars are double parked and they are quite tight. Most of the staff were very friendly but the receptionist on duty when we checked out didn’t actually speak to us at all which is a shame as that was our last impression of the hotel.
-
We were in a second floor King Suite. Nice layout, but the bed was awful. It had a large sag in it. The feeling was it was downhill to your head. Breakfast was just ok. Clean, but not worth the $400 to have a place to stay for a doctors appointment at UCLA.
