This was a nice and super convenient hotel to stay at when visiting UCLA. My only criticism would be that the room does not have enough lighting.

Great hotel. Clean room. Staff is very helpful. Right on UCLA Campus, which we loved. Restaurant was delicious for both dinner and breakfast which you could eat on their beautiful patio. Prices are a little high but well worth it and no gratuity expected.

Very nice and helpful staffs. And to my surprise this is the first hotel/restaurant in the states I visit that is gratuity-free. They don’t accept the tips even I wanted to give for their great service.

Location, friendly staff, cleaness of the room, pet friendly facility, delicious food downstairs, This has nothing to do with the hotel, but our next door neighbors were very loud till pass midnight and very early in the morning. I didn't want to switch room after settling down, so I didn't complain to front desk. However, n ext time, I wonder if I can ask for a quiet room.

Gorgeous, pristine hotel right on UCLA campus. Beautiful courtyard leading to lobby that had large open panels to make lobby open air. Room was very comfortable. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Excellent hotel in great location. Staff and service were excellent. Clean room. Plenty of parking spaces. Beautiful lobby and clean. I feel safe in the hotel. Need improvement: The desk in the room is a bit worn out with dents. The room does not have a mini fridge. Would be great if there is one. We only get 2 bottles of complementary water for the entire stay (we stayed 4 nights). With the price of the room, I would think that the hotel could provide 2 bottles of water for each day of the stay.
