Staff was too-notch, probably the nicest and most accommodating crew outside of a 5-star hotel. Location is convenient, but a bit noisy next to major freeway.

Initially I was concerned about the location. So close to the 405. But honestly I have no complaints. The young lady at the check in was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was well supplied by nice staff and I could hardly hear anything outside. And the room was very comfortable.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking is convenient and reasonable for the area. The room was clean and well maintained. The hotel is right at the corner of Santa Monica Blvd and the 405 which is convenient but also busy and noisy at times.

Convenient location. Helpful staff. Toilet flushing design is horrible. Not the fault of the hotel, but the toilet design. Flush too strong and at a wrong angle so it splashes everything out when flushing.

I wish there was water in the rooms. If you are trying to save the planet keep a Brita in the room at least. It was ridiculous for a $300 per night room. The area is not the safest looking, not much the hotel can do about that, but still worth a mention.

The third floor smelled like cigarettes and cat litter. The room smelled musty.

Clean facility, with plenty of parking. I liked the way the breakfast area is laid out.

Staff was friendly, rooms were clean, place was bright. Only thing to note is lots of LA traffic

The staff is what truly made my experience amazing. I booked here for my birthday trip and i do not regret it. David was beyond wonderful and truly one of the favorite parts of my entire trip.
