The support I received from the staff at SONESTA TORRANCE I S IMPECCABLE. I FEEL AT HOME WHEN STAY HERE . I LOOK FORWARDVTO MY NEXT STAY .

A smile and being nice to customers can go along way in having a family business . Maybe it can bring good karma. I hope you find happiness in whatever you are going through. Honestly, the room was super decent there was graffiti on the bed and the shower was scary but it got the job done .

They put smoke room to the first floor and nonsmoking on second floor so I’m not smoking after work I came I was so tired but I have to climb on the stairs to the second floor

It was quiet Had to pay with my debit then forced to pay A $25 key deposit. When we checked out we woke up a little late. I had to get myself and two toddlers together we checked out 30 minutes after check out. I go to take the key back as soon as he got the key back he wanted me to pay an additional 40 for checking out late. After paying for the room for 145 for the room in the first place. Will not stay there ever again.

The place meaning inside of the "Room" wasn't clean, the sink had cigarette burns and the room looked run-down like a place where people do drugs and prostitution. The walls were dirty and there were crumbs from chips on the floor and a stained blanket, and missing paint marks on the table and bathroom door. Online, it was rated as a "4 Star" Hotel, but the condition of the room was like a :2 star" room in my opinion because it wasn't clean and it wasn't maintained with cleanliness. If youre looking to take your partner on a date night, I'd say pay a little more at a cleaner Hotel to get for your better expectation. Now if you and your partner don't mind a ran down room that looks fresh but more on the dingy side then thats the place for you, in and out. Wasn't clean. The walls were dirty with spots on the walls and the sink had cigarette burns, etc.
