We booked this apartment to cook and the kitchen is not stocked whatsoever; only salt and pepper, the few plastic utensils are falling apart and/or melted, 3 pots, no wine opener, nor oven pan to bake. You cannot make a full meal, we had to go to the store and buy so many basic kitchen necessities. This was such a let down! There is also only one electronic lock on the front door; you can feel the air coming through the side cracks from outside—It didn’t feel secure. The location is in a more rough area, we booked this Airbnb to walk and explore on foot but didn’t feel safe to do so. If you’re driving, it’s okay. A positive: parking is a nice to have as it’s gated inside the complex. Also, when someone parked in my designated parking spot, I called the concerige and they were SO helpful and really took my issue seriously. I added one star for their kindness! Overall, I wouldnt recommend for the price.

Where to start? I booked this place because it was a 10 minute walk from a venue, but the studio I was given was two more miles away. The kitchen was a disaster. Oven did not work. Stove top was cracked and filthy. Microwave did not work nor would its door close. The couch and lampshades had stains. The dryer took HOURS to dry anything. The bed listed was king size but I recieved something smaller than a queen. The bathroom sink had loud sounds coming from it's pipes consistently throughout my stay. I frequently wrote messages to StaysPro on the Expedia app and got no response. I called Stayspro and the agents told me they dont have king size beds, they said the address on Expedia was wrong, and to send them video proof of things beoken. I called Expedia and the agents contacted StaysPro and again requested proof. So I sent proof and was promised a response. I recieved no response from anyone. I sent them their requested video proof with a youtube link because email would not support the video size. No response. I sent another email a couple days later, again I am being ignored. I have never had issues with Expedia rentals until this.

DO NOT BELIEVE ANY LISTING FROM THIS COMPANY! There were scuff marks on the walls, tape residue and actual tape on the stairs. Windows were filthy. Window sills had dirt and hair on them. Floors weren't even swept or vacuumed. Towels smelled like they were not cleaned. Drain flies in the tub drains. None of the photos matched the listing. I believe they are all AI generated or at the very least AI Enhanced. Windows had no view at all as shown in photos...almost all were facing neighboring apartments with ragged blinds/shades and fans in the windows. No privacy at all. Headboords were not attached to the beds or the walls, they were just leaned behind the mattresses. Parking is VERY NARROW! My Jeep barely fit in the spot and had almost no room to open the doors. Accidentally left a $150 pillow and called within a few hours to ask that it be shipped at my expense. They lied to me and told me they didn't find the pillow there. I have photos of all this...they don't care. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this place at all.

The parking garage is hard to find and has a very narrow entrance and lots of the furnitures are worn off . The location is good though .

The property was located in a good location very near some of the most popular attractions in Hollywood. The host was ver attentive and available

Check in was long since they gave us the wrong code. Same thing happened last time. The sheets for the pull out were dirty so I had to wash them first. There is hair EVERYWHERE and it seems like a simple broom sweep would have fixed that easily. The property we stayed at was def nice, but the hair and fingerprints everywhere were a bit gross. If you contact the host, they are going to say that it’s something you did rather than they gave the wrong code.

Location was not the best and cleaning staff was super rude

Really enjoyed our stay here. The check process was ok as the previous tenants misplaced the gate opener. But we called the contact number and they answered immediately and got us right in. We attended our Bible class event and the distance we had to travel was perfect. My mother and father were comfortable. The patios were the best features. We will definitely come back again.

Very good value for the money. The address was different from the listed but still within a couple blocks. The property was poorly maintained. Towel hanger fell off, damaged floors, etc.

Family trip to LA, easy check-in, plenty of space.

Other than those things, I think this was a great stay for a big group of people to stay in one place!!

Nice big house that accommodated myself and three other people great location in the heart of Koreatown

The townhouse was very nice, spacious, in a safe neighborhood, and it fit all our needs. Will stay there again next time!

Great communication. Spacious and comfortable accommodation. The only anomaly I experienced is that I was charged in full at time of booking even though it was advertised as pay later. This wasn’t an issue for me but I see in other reviews where it’s been problematic.

All the utilities needed were provided and the location of the property was great!

Great location, easy access to everything in Los Angeles, comfortable stay. Only negative was the noisy neighbours, sounds travel through the walls and you can hear foot steps and loud voices. Nevertheless, recommended

Nice place for our family of 7. We have older kids and they seemed to like the 3 stories factor. For me, the rental could use a little TLC--it's looking worn around the edges (baseboards need painting, floor is getting warped), and the parking space was very difficult to navigate with a minivan (the spigot of the outside water impeded much of our parking efforts). All in all, it was a comfortable stay.

The condo was in a general state of disrepair. One of the toilet seats was broken. There was even duct tape on one of the stairs, and vinyl peeling off the stairs. The bathroom didn't feel clean. Scuffs all over the walls. Very uncomfortable stiff mattresses that were on cheap platforms so they felt like cots. Old uncomfortable furniture. The cheapest linens and toiletries possible. It could be such a nice condo and instead it felt like a flophouse for partying college students. If considering this place you should know there are a lot of stairs - the master bedroom is up four flights of stairs. The only positives are the view of the Hollywood sign from the top floor and the gated off street parking. Location was OK but it is a rougher part of Hollywood.
