The front end staff was fine. We stayed from Friday to Monday they never cleaned our we had to empty our own trash on several occasions. Also very poor drain and design in bathroom no slip trip or fall protection from water splashing under neath shower curtain ITS A ACCIDENT WAITING TO HAPPEN!!

The room was great. Very roomy and comfortable. Love the valet service, the team is always so nice to us when we are staying at the hotel.

This property is absolutely clean very up to date and refreshing, it has all your amenities and close to everything, the beds are comfy and the room is spacious my ONLY complaint is the ADA rooms Have BATHTUBS they should have showers, I had a guest with me that is 100% wheelchair that I had to give a sponge bath to, not cool! Other than that hiccup, everything else was on point! Worth the stay!

Stayed here with the family for 5 days, 4 nights. And our experience was great. The location, the cleanliness of room and the whole hotel. Hotel staff were great and very pleasant. Thank you so much!

Over all the service and location was good. However when exiting location my vehicle had over spray of some type of chemical. I had vehicle washed in fear of ruining the paint.

To make matters worse, when we returned later, the room still had not been cleaned. Between the lack of housekeeping and the way my concerns about the insect bites were handled, I did not feel that the issue was taken seriously. I expected better customer service and a more thorough response to a guest reporting multiple insect bites
