Vista Motel

Nothing!!. I booked it through Booking. Com...I paid $123.20.. then he asked for a $ 20.00 dollar deposit..I didn't have 20.00 cash so he held my Driver's license. Bad service. They gave 2 towels (wasn't big enough to take shower) 2 very small cheap shampoo and conditioner mixed together(small packet) the packet was as small as a cracker wrapper. Did not have any wash clothes. I went down and asked for wash clothes and he said no he didn't have any at all. Then I asked him if he knew of any places that delivered food like pizza etc.. he gave me 2 numbers and one was pizza hut that closed down,, and the other number he gave me was someone's house. The bathroom has no stopper for the bath tub..half roll of toilet paper,, Smoke Alarm has no battery at all. I know because it's just hanging open. The guy which is the owner I'm sure wasn't mean , but he wasn't nice either.. No phone in the room,,, got a bottle opener on the wall..etc. i give this a 0.. I'm sure it Wil probably get better. Don't know. But I won't be staying here anymore...

The location was good and the person at the frontwas very nice and it was close to stores and places to eat I didn't like the fact that I needed to ask for hand towels and wash cloths,I also had an issue with the shower and really did appreciate housekeeping coming into my room when I left ,considering my reservation was for 2 days ,the room i was in needs some repairs: floor ,toilet ,door

The property was clean and smelled of cleaning products. There were no washcloths in the bathroom, there were cigarette burns in the comforter and there were random men riding around on bikes in the parking area. I think the WiFi didn’t work either. The property also was not called Vista.

There was parking. Hair left in the shower, graffiti on the walls and bathroom mirror, cigarette burns in the bedding, and torn towels. Wasn’t allowed WiFi and TV didn’t work.

It was quiet and the shower was really big The bed was uncomfortable the pillows was small and too soft there was no mirror in the room no microwave in the room and I couldn’t watch tv the whole time I was there they had roaches in the bathroom shower I had to ask for towels

False advertising, no hot tub in my room. Asked the front lady and she pretended not to know what hot tub meant.

The place is being remodeled so that's a plus, floors and bathroom were nice and so was the fridge. The location is good with places to eat near by. No cable just antenna so no channels really and bed was a bit rough and pillows were a bit small.

That there was available rooms. The fact that during our stay we paid cash. During our meeting staff t at my debit card was declined 4 times yet in the app for booking. com it showed a charge for $100.80 the premises denied charging yet redaction when we got s hold off booking com they said that the property where we rented the room placed the charges. e y Vista Motel would not provide receipt of declined transaction. Nor reimburse payment even after speaking with booking.com later stated that the transaction would be put back on my debit card. Left with such disappointment and frustration. I do not trust you I ever go back. At the end staff told us our money was no good there. These people were not even born in USA. The majority of the staff is Iranian. So I felt mistreated and discriminated against.

Upon arrival cash deposit is required, first he asked for $30 and i asked for a written receipt, he said he didn’t have receipt memo to write it on then he told me to just give him $20 deposit. I did and i asked him to write written confirmation on a paper for proof. Kind of sketchy
