The location of the Erth Inn is great. Very central to the freeways. The hotel itself looks fine from the outside, but the rooms are not that great. The floor was sticky and so were the counters in the room and restroom. Beds were clean, but the bedspread had holes in it. The walls were filthy too. Definitely would not stay here again.

Room was clean and looks like it was recently remodeled, but very sparse, but overall ok. Issues were that the room smelled like stale urine especially when the a/c was turned on, bed was hard, and no iron in room. I have never been in a hotel without.

I have stayed here several times and the next time I visit L.A. I will stay here again. The hotel is safe, good parking, the room is simple and clean and comfortable. The staff are very nice too.

The room was big and nice with a king size bed. Although I requested a non smocking room, the room smelled as if someone just finished smoking and left the windows open. The elevator was also broken and had to take the stairs with luggage. Parking was also very tight with limited space.

Honestly it was a little sketch at first, but once you go up it’s pretty nice. The parking situation was a little iffy, but thankfully was able to find parking inside. The room was clean as well as nice, AC worked,& the bathroom was clean. Would stay again.

Loved the easy free parking, very accessible and affordable place to stay. The surrounding area is sometimes a bit sketchy but this isn’t the hotel’s fault
