Tv, got some rest The air conditioner does not work no face face towels toilet didn't hardly work it was nasty

Bad customer service The employees were nosy at my business

The location The Manager was very rude, their rules where so different from other hotels I have being to. They charged only cash for extension of stay refused to charge cards calling it early check in charges. No request was ever granted. The room had that musky smell of molds. The blanket had cigarettes burn holes and very thin. Pillows were very flat requested for extra and didn't get it. Was shocked with the size of room quite small. The bed was too hard .

I liked the location but that was about it. I didn’t like that to go in and out of the hotel I had to wait every single time whether I was inside or outside to be let in. They buzz you in once they see who you are which makes sense for safety but it is way too exaggerated and caused such an inconvenience. This also applied to

The staff was nice and helpful. They keep everything clean. Was fast to help us out. That we only had one key card. That we had to go every 2 days to reactivate our key card.

The bed was comfortable. I Don't care for McDonald's, however, it's right next door. I had 2 separate reservations. I verified when I checked in that I was staying 2 nights. When I returned that evening of the first day, they had me locked out as I didn't check out and back in before 10 am. There was no mention of that when I checked in. Ended up paying $25 CASH for late check out another $20 CASH deposit that wasn't collected when I checked in. TV in room, no remote. Don't stay here.

location is good the quality of the bed sheet is bad

The heater didn’t work. There were only 2 flat “pillows” in the room. Staff said they would bring extra blankets never did

Nothing they should not add that location on booking as an option The location, the reception, the halls, the rooms, beds, no even pillows, the bathroom

Cheap Bed too small

Good. I liked the location close to bars and restaurants in Boyle Heights and close to the metro station. No parking even though the description of the hotel said it had parking. The woman in the reception told me to park in front of the hotel, but I got a parking ticket.

Had a nice tv and room wasn't that dirty. The decor needs updating ASAP. The walls need replastering and painting on a nice smooth surface with more inviting colours. The curtains need changing and the whole interior as well as the bed sheets. The AC machine looked very dated too and the bathroom needs retiling with a more modern finish. Also needs a more modern sink and shower, hotel also needs new carpets.

It’s cheap to stay and there’s Mcd right next to the hotel Staff, location, old rooms, dirty and smelly sheets

The room is supposed to be a double room however the bedbhardly fits 1 person , staff are a disaster

Nothing If I could of gone somewhere else I would not of stayed there. It stank. Was filthy. Picked hairs out the sheets wouldn’t even have a shower. Just happy I didn’t catch something.
