overpriced for the level of service and amenities. exterior pictures do not show the hotel enough.. very misleading. room was very Hot when we arrived. didn't answer the desk phone when I needed help

Staff and location was great particularly for a Dodgers game got the express bus to and from the stadium just a few minutes walk Neighbourhood is a bit rough but that’s downtown LA and the price you pay for the location and price

Room A/C was efficient. Hot hallways. No vending or food. Hallway carpet was very old. Friendly staff. Hard mattresses.

Location is good it is near union station. It has water dispenser and ice machine. Coffee dispenser is also available at the lobby Bathroom needs renovation. Moulds around tub.

Ambivalent feelings. Positive. Price. Location. View from room. Restaurant in hotel was inexpensive which is rare. Negative man took down my Do Not Disturb sign, did not knock and was in the bedroom area, thought he might be a thief. Before checkout they wanted to clean the room, not after. Man was cleaning the elevator during checkout and some check in time putting the elevator out of order. Bizarre

We had a clean, comfortable - not fancy but comfortable - stay. Very kind staff and we picked the place due to the location of the activities we had planned.

Okay hotel. No microwave and no iron (though an ironing board was present) somewhat confused me. But shower was hot. Only gripe is parking situation at night. You gotta park and show your hotel key for guard to open gate. That can be annoying at 1 am...

The staff was great, but the hotel is run down. Looks like they are trying to update it but it still has a lot of work that needs to be done. The beds were not comfortable, when taking a shower it does not have good draining system. Stayed 1 night, went to the dodgers game. It did the job for 1 night. But the homeless in the area is bad. The city needs to clean that up ASAP.

The people are nice Bed sheets and floor looked old and dirty, it was extremely hot and there was a huge a spider that came from the curtains. The room had no comfy couch just two block chairs

Linens were very clean and scent free (no bleach or scents). Night staff was very helpful. Room was quiet. Mattress was firm. Bathroom was clean. Water never got hot but sink did. Worn carpeting. Shower wall was deteriorating.

It was close to the Union Station The floors were absolutely disgusting stained and duck taped in the hallways. It says they are updating but that sign was posted from 2023. Horrible smell in the bathroom that kept giving me a headache anytime I had to use the bathroom(like mold). Staff was friendly the only positive.

Bed extra hard, flat pillows. Not secure. Maybe worth $60 a night. Definitely not over $100. Very kind staff room was clean.
