Decent/ok stay. We booked here due to a concert nearby. The elevator was broken and we had to take the stairs to the 3rd floor with all of our luggage from the underground parking garage. The garage was completely full and an extra $20 I believe to park there and had no available spaces to park so we parked at the base of the garage entrance per staff recommendation. Shower setup was a mess no doors on shower just a piece of glass. Left water all over the floor and had to use the few extra hand towels that were provided in the room to dry it up. The rest of the room was fine, A/C worked. Just my experience. These weren't issues that could be fixed on the spot so can't really say they were at fault. Just something to consider when booking.
