Our room and building were older and dated but yet well-kept and well maintained. Being this close to Downtown L.A. and Chinatown, it is in a prime location/proximity to Dodger Stadium. My boys and I were able to walk to the ballpark like I did when I was a child with my dad, and it provided an experience for them to always remember in our trip there. The homeless issues are not the hotel's fault, however there is a large number of aggressive vagrants along the path to the ballpark, but we were fine. The hotel property has excellent security, and our car and well-being were well taken care of overnight during our stay. The pizza shop across the street was an added plus.

The location was super close to food locations and other msc things to do I have no complaints will definitely be checking in again soon !

Someone stole our umbrellas, which were tucked into the side pocket of our bags, while the bags were being held at the luggage storage area. We were in a rush to get to the airport, so we didn't have time to file a complaint or double-check everything. It seems the thief deliberately took the umbrellas because they were cheap, meaning the risk of being reported was low.

I did not feel comfortable staying at the property and decided not to continue with my reservation. While I understand that the hotel has a cancellation policy and that policies exist for a reason, I was disappointed that there was little willingness to work toward a reasonable resolution given the circumstances. I had hoped for some understanding, especially since my decision was based on genuine safety concerns rather than simply changing my mind

The location relative to dodger Stadium was the only saving Grace lol. It was cutely decorated but pretty low and otherwise.

Great location to walk to Dodger Stadium (1 mile), walk around Chinatown, over to Highland Park Brewing or Nick’s Cafe, down to Phillipe’s, etc. Room was great for our needs. Was a little nervous that ear plugs were provided in room, but didn’t need them at all!! Heads up that parking is $10 and the spots are limited. Worked well to park at check-in & walk everywhere.

The place is in an area where you can easily get on the freeway. It is located in a convenient location. Although parking is free, it’s mostly always full, so you have to park somewhere outside on the street. I been there twice, I’ve managed parking. For the price the motel is decent. The beds are pretty comfortable and, most importantly, it is fairly clean. I like that they have a good pizza spot right across. I can’t complain for the price. I’m sure that once they renovated, it would increase its prices.

The fact that the main entrance is locked at 8:00 p.m. made feel is not a safe neighborhood.
