Room was pretty clean

Pretty clean room, very kind staff. Microwave in lobby. It’s next to a street so expect noise. Outside of property looks nice

Nice convenient spot with parking. It was very noisy in the morning however. Staff was friendly and helpful. We would stay again.

Very clean, nice room and bathroom. I was pleasantly surprised to see how large the shower was and a nice view of the Main Street. However, I rated my experience 3 stars due to lack of communication from staff. When we checked in, we were not told about a PIN that would be needed to get into the building. So naturally, we went out & came back to being locked out of the building and then the front door not working when a staff member tried to open it. Eventually we got in. 2nd day we finally got the PIN code. Unfortunately I misplaced my key so we only had my friend’s key card. We had to go to the front lobby everyday because for some reason her key card kept not working everyday we were there so that was frustrating having to go up & down the stairs. This place was wonderfully inexpensive and the rooms are so well kept, I was hoping the experience would be the same. The worst part of our experience was the fact that they were doing EXTREMELY LOUD reconstruction in the room on the other side of our wall the last 2 days we were there. Very loud drilling starting at 12pm and onwards (we ended up leaving to go explore the town & came back later). Then again the next morning, we woke up to the loud drilling, banging, and so on at 9:30am along the wall where our beds & bathroom were. Which woke us up in a panic because of how loud. I understand needing to renovate but it would’ve been nice to have some sort of warning prior. More communication would’ve been nice from staff.

The public areas especially the staircase going to the upstairs as well as the hallway downstairs are grimey and dark. The actual room was wonderfully clean, beddings were crisp and clean. AC worked amazing The staff were wonderful, top notch customer service. I was put off by the outside appearance as well as public areas but the room was a complete surprise in a good way. I just didn't care for the brown tile in the shower could not bring myself to walk into it. Other than that I would definitely recommend.

I enjoyed my stay here. It was in a convenient location and it was a pleasant stay with helpful staff. I would recommend this and stay here again.

Didn't like sliding bathroom door or blackout curtain due to difficulty opening both items was noisy at night with traffic noise from street and parking lot .I also didn't like having to go to office for ice which was in small plastic cupd

We'll be back! Comfy and clean, pretty quiet. Please note there is no shuttle available and limited parking.

I loved overall my stay
-
Nice and comforting place to stay! Great pizza joint directly across the street.

This is a great deal for the price. Good location. Close to Downtown, Olvera Street, Arts District , Disney Concert Hall… Easy freeway access, in the heart of China Town. Staff is very friendly. Hotel is older and rooms show some wear. Parking is very limited but there is street parking not far (free). I would happily stay again.

Everything was good

Parking lot is an issue there. Can’t leave anywhere without losing your parking spot, bed mattress was the most uncomfortable thing. This place was honestly the worst place we’ve ever stay. I do not recommend it.

Great place to stay, would stay there again!

I understand that some noice is acceptable. but my stay was beyond loud/disturbing. The noice is a deterrent for me to ever consider a stay there again. Staff were helpful in recommending where to go to get a bit to eat.

Locked out of room twice. Card didn’t work so we had to go back down stairs and get it re activated both times made it very inconvenient. Didn’t have a trash can in the room or have enough towels in the room. Early morning tenant was very rude.
-
Never slept in the room. I called the hotel to try and get any compensation, I wanted to stay Friday...No Deal... More wasted money!!!
-
Good stay! Walking distance to Dodgers Stadium and Union Station! Amazing staff!
