When I got there about an hour after check-in opened, he told me they had given the room out and my reservation was cancelled "because I hadn't paid". He had no other rooms and basically told me to go away. I stood and argued and eventually his wife came and they found a double room which I could use until a single one was ready. Later they said I may as well stay in it. It had wifi. The room was old and run down, had a kitchen but with nothing to cook with, eat off, wash dishes with. I had to eat my takeaways with utensils brought in. All I needed was a bed for the night so it was bearable. No bugs, clean linen and towels, OK bathroom. The aircon was loud, measured 50dB on my phone app. Could only sleep with noise cancelling headphones. Next day his wife was in office, I paid, and needed to get an Uber, but, wifi not extended to office. His wife reluctantly gave me their office wifi. I got my Uber and was off. The place's street view looks OK from the outside, but beyond, it's quite shabby.

The place was convenient it was not the best but it was very helpful at check in and never bothered us at all it provided a great time and well deserved rest

Checked in really late and the staff was professional getting me taken care of quickly.

So it is old and run down but the least you can do is vacuum and clean? Trust me, you'll want to pay a little more to avoid this place - the room was so dirty that it makes me worry about line of respect towards customers, including if any bed bugs are around. The reviews must be fake.

We had a wonderful time betting on the which roach would make it up the wall first, we told spooky stories about the people in the adjacent rooms, and I think the comforter was a repurposed moving blanket. Best of all, it was 82$ out the door. Great value. It was just fine for what we paid.

Non smoking rooms. You could hear the people in the next room and there was a man who kept walking around the facility. Made us feel uncomfortable.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I wouldn’t even check my dog in to this dump!! They clearly bought it when it was apartments and did the office new and kept everything else a huge disaster. It was beyond awful!! Living room pictured a couch but when we got there we had only two chairs to sit in. Not a comfortable living room. No dishes nothing to cook with. What’s the point of a kitchen and no warning there would be nothing. No towels in the bathroom. Our bed pillows were dirty. The walls were filthy. Roaches even pass this dump by. It is absolutely horrendous!!! They could easily fix it up but it is not even worth staying in for free how it is now! It’s appalling they think it’s ok to charge for that crap hole! To top it all off they have a rooster that screams at all hours of the day! Shower water has zero pressures. While we were out trying to get items to cook with, the owner OPENED THE DOOR without permission and our minor son was inside! Absolutely not ok! I am shocked Expedia works with them this place needs to be condemned. Our family left so fast!!

Guy working there was really helpful and accommodating. Was able to check in past midnight. Room was clean.

The wifi reception is very poor

The bed was comfortable and the shower worked great

bathroom apparently share's access with other unit units but no lock on door separating unit. bedsheets and pillows were hairy. Carpet was filthy. Could not sleep in bed, checked out before 1 AM. Wish I had left earlier.

The furniture was chipped. The check in was awkward. The room needed a good dusting.
