Only one parking spot per room, just a heads up. Really liked this place, comfortable bed and room. The usual hotel noise depending on the other guests, definitely I will ask for a third floor room next time. Cleaning staff needs to wait until we’re out before knocking and entering (we had the Do Not Disturb sign hanging on our doorknob)!

Check in was quick and easy, front desk was very friendly and accommodating. Parking was very easy and free, which is a big plus. Our room was clean and comfortable. Shower water pressure wasn’t great, but it got the job done. Great location, less than 15 mins away from the rose bowl. Great room rates as well. No complaints, we’d stay here again!

When we returned later in the evening, the parking lot was full, but we were able to find street parking within 500 feet of the property. Rooms were a great value and staff was very friendly!

An absolute gem! I come to LA about once a year for work and I’m always looking for a decent hotel with a decent price. This one had good reviews and was reasonably priced. It was easy to access and check in was quick and the staff were very friendly. The gentleman checking us is told us the room was beautiful we were going to love it. He was 1000% correct! The room was spacious and beautiful with a gorgeous mural on the ceiling that gave the room an elevated ambiance. The room was immaculately clean and smelled fresh and pleasant. The bed was so comfortable. I have back issues that affect my sleep and both nights I slept like a baby and woke up with no pain. I was sad to have to leave and go home to my less comfortable bed ?. It was a hot week and the air conditioning worked beautifully. The location was perfect, there’s a sprouts grocery store just a few minutes walk away and through a lovely little neighborhood of cute houses. Very safe area ?. Lots of other amenities near by and easy access to highways and only 15 to 20 minutes from downtown LA where I had to go for my work event, and 10 minutes from downtown Glendale. We will definitely be looking to this place first the next time we come to the area. I was going to extend our stay because we were enjoying it so much but unfortunately we had some responsibilities back home that couldn’t be shifted to allow us some extra time at this wonderful establishment. We drove down from Monterey and our room had a painting in it of some fish amongst kelp and was titled “Monterey Bay Aquarium” we found that to be an endearing little coincidence, we love our little town very much ?. Do your self a favor and choose this hotel!

My three suggestions are (1) to employ someone who can assist older guests get heavy luggage up the fairly long, steep stairs to the second floor while not doing other tasks and be tipped for his/her help. (2) Have air conditioning controls in Fahrenheit rather than centigrade, and (3) Less importantly, the rather high pitched recorded voice chanting “welcome” every time the office door is opened is unnecessary and annoying.

It was close by to everything. The price was not good for what the room was. The toilet paper holder was broken and moldy, toilet was stained, chair was stained, and the room was really small.

We loved the location! Right off the highway! Clean rooms!! No elevator!
