Nice stay. Definitely come back

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The double King size beds did not disappoint. Great value for the cost and close to everything we needed in LA.

Disappointing

The room was ok….some areas like the floor were not clean. Location was good, room was private. Housekeeping staff was nice. Staff at front desk(owners) could be very difficult to deal with. Sometimes making it difficult and stressful when I had to extend my stay, I was looking for an apartment in the area and stayed over a week. I had to give a $50 security deposit which I still have not gotten back despite my room being inspected at check out and everything was fine in my room. Definitely felt very stressed, always having woman at front desk talking about my room changing to a smoking room every time I extended, and I have trouble with stairs because of my back and knee and needed the ground floor. It was difficult to make this woman understand that I could not manage stairs. This woman was rude to me generally and very unpleasant. Was very happy to leave and I don’t recommend for stays over a day or two.

Stayed here many times before. Perfect for a night's stay when you come to town for a Dodgers game. Not much amenities but didn't really need them. The staff are great. The price was right too. Would stay again in the near future. Thank You Very much.

This is in my top 3 of worst motel 6 experiences. I booked because the reviews looked good (I can’t understand why) and I was displaced with my 2 dogs from my apartment due to my a/c breaking during a 3 week long heat wave. I have nothing negative to say about the male owner. I called the night before to ask if they had early check in given my situation and having 2 dogs and he said no problem. Then I went there and met the most miserable, rude, discriminatory, and greedy ‘manager/owner’ I have EVER experienced. I have nothing positive to say about her over my stay there. She even tried to harass me constantly calling me or having her housekeeping repeatedly knock on my door when I asked for privacy. AND they are the only motel 6 I’ve ever heard of that charges for ice. I 100% will never stay there again nor recommend anyone stay there. I feel bad for what I assume was her husband (the nice male) and housekeeping because they were nice and apparently have to deal with such an awful human being daily. Also, I have a handicap plaque due to a severe knee injury and was forced to be on the second floor without an elevator so had to walk 2 dogs and my belongings with no help or sympathy. It was about as awful as awful gets and I’m considering contesting some of what I paid with my bank after the horrible experience. Also I notified Expedia on the first day there to see if I could cancel my stay and apparently they didn’t answer when they called so Expedia did nothing to help.

At about 6AM, someone banged on our door… I opened the door & saw a white guy smelling of alcohol…. he was mumbling something…. I then shut the door & called reception & reported the incident.

Bathroom was clean. Microwave and fridge worked. Room service was great. Our room had a faint smell of urine and when we got home after staying there a couple of nights, our clothes smelled of it. The person I was traveling with woke up with bug bites both nights we were there, they seemed to have been made by a spider. We checked the bed and did find dark stains under the fitted sheet but weren't sure if it was related to the bug bites. I had a tough time staying asleep, I felt every movement made by the person I had shared the bed with. Not a very good mattress. Overall I wouldn't stay here again due to the mysterious bug bites and the persistent smell of urine.

The key card was hard to work and the TV wasn’t working half the time.
