Clean room, friendly and helpful staff. Parking right in front of our room and good AC and location very good.

The hotel is a little more affordable than others in the area and offers free parking, which is a huge plus. They were very kind and understanding when I extended my trip a few times, and allowed me to keep the room I already had so that I didn't have to move around. The hotel lot is well lit and they have a 24-hour desk person, you just have to press the doorbell by the window. The sheets were clean and small shampoos/body washes are provided. They also have an ironing board and iron in the room. They have water bottles available for sale at the lobby and also accept packages for guests :) The cleaning crew came by daily to ask if I wanted any cleaning done, but I never felt like packing all my things up to let them, so didn't utilize this service. The things I did want cleaned usually would have been done before I occupied the room, and they were avoidable, so I didn't bother. The location is also really great for getting to the local theatres for shows (specifically Dynasty Typewriter: 15 mins away, and the Elysian theatre: 7 mins away). Shopping is withing walking distance, or a quick one/two minute drive. Gas in the area tends to be cheaper here than in surrounding areas as well (at the time I stayed, it was close to a dollar cheaper). Convenience, price, free parking, and it being well lit is mainly what made me decide to rebook here when I ended up having to extend my trip. I'm not confident that they clean well between guests. The sofa chair in my room had the imprint of a naked woman's arse, with a dried liquid stain to match. I simply didn't use the chair, but it ought to be replaced at this point, lol. The bathroom door, sink handle, and front side of the desk also had stains on them and one of the hand towels was used. Made me feel iffy about the floor and the desk chair, lol. But again, they offered daily cleaning service, I just am not sure they'd clean those things as part of their routine cleaning during a guest's stay, if they don't clean them between guests to begin with. I just washed my hands a lot while staying here and avoided touching as much of anything as I could. The tub in the shower is SUPER slippery, so I would take great caution when getting in and out or moving around. I'm not even 30 and I nearly fell flat on my back trying to get in. Also, the water pressure in the shower is too light to wash well, and I recommend using the liquid soap, not their bar soap, because the bar is one of those soaps that feels like you can never fully rinse it off; it leaves like a slippery film on your skin that doesn't go away until you dry off. There were lots of shady men that gave me weird looks, but I simply just didn't go out at night and when I did leave/come back, I carried my weapon with me, so I didn't have any escalated trouble. Convenience, price, free parking, and it being well lit is mainly what made me decide to rebook here when I ended up having to extend my trip.

Customer service The room needs upgraded such as bathroom lock etc. Also, these carpets, not sure how long has it been there but no way it looks steamed clean or upgraded recently. My advise is follow other and remove carpets from every room altogether.

The room decent for the price; the location is good near the grocery store and restaurant. Kinda noisy because near the main road but it's fine
