Very good and practical hotel when you are in Glendale and Los Angeles

In general the property was Okey over all

We got to the hotel just before midnight & the parking gate was already closed which was to be expected. Not a big deal. Had to call the front office multiple times to speak with someone about opening it so we could check in. There was no street parking available or I would have done that instead. Once in the gate, the lot was full. The owner/staff graciously moved their vehicle & gave up their spot. Check-in was easy & made it to the room just fine. Unfortunately, we were a little disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. The white sheets had stains on them & there were long hairs in the bed & shower which definitely weren't ours. Shower did not drain properly leaving us standing in a tub of water during our showers. I would have called the front desk to change rooms but we had an extremely early wake up time & unfortunately it being late & just being my young daughter & myself that really wasn't an option. Staff was friendly & helpful but I don't see myself returning.

Excellent location, close to plenty of places to eat and a grocery store. The exterior of the hotel looks really nice, check in and out was easy. Plenty of parking as well. Rooms are a good size. Room felt humid even with the air conditioning on. Bed was comfortable but pillows were not. There was visible damage to the floor and couch but nothing major. Elevator was not working when we tried it. It took a long time for it to open and when it did we waited about 3 min and it didnt close so we opted for taking the stairs to avoid being stuck.

..no one ever clarified about my refund despite saying they would check with the owner. I left early in the morning and could not get back in. My key did not work in the gates.

The bed sheet was a little stained. Everything else was good.

Quiet good location. Well protected. Busy body staff..Nosy housekeeping staff. Staff not unlike prison guards.. Never been! Just feels like something happened.. Long ago now uneasy staff.

Comfortable bed. Large room. Air conditioning was very noisy. Place needs attention, painting,flooring all very tired
