Glendale Hotel

Muy limpia

Clean quick and great

K

Checking in via a computer and Facetime was a little off-putting. I like to be in contact face-to-face. And it seems lower

.

The bed moved. Everything including the microwave was plugged into a power block. The outlets near the bed, plugs wouldn’t stay in. The big tub was nice but the non slip at the bottom hurt so it wasn’t enjoyable. Shower had a big step with no bars to hold onto.

Sink was slow to drain. Check-in process is very slow and is done through an outsourced virtual kiosk.

Price

The room was decent no offers of room service which is ok. Amenities of 2 n 1 shampoo conditioner, body wash, and hand soap is very small. No real concierge just someone on a FaceTime tablet. The neighborhood is good not a horrible place to be in

Loved the area and hotel. Only detail is that they charge a parking fee everyday your car is there. One gate is kept open and one closed but you’re in a good area so say the least.

All good and clean

Good

Parking is to expensive and the deposit is too high besides that it’s very clean and nice room

Everything fine, just the shower was leaking, a little annoying to hear the drop all night!

Great and convenient stay in Glendale.

Our room had a scent which I can’t really describe but was not pleasant

Clean room and easy check in and check out procedures.

Lighting poor 2 out of 3 ceiling lights not working I think they want to save money TV reception poor

Overall the place was good. The one thing I didn’t like was that the people in the room next to us were smoking and coughing and were having a party very loudly but it wasn’t the weekend so I don’t know why they were doing that so late at night and you can hear footsteps on the ceiling whenever someone walked upstairs
