You need to talk to the machine and remote operator will help you verbally. Check in and check out are very smooth if nothing happens. but they don’t clean the room or change the towels unless you requested. If you stay for a few nights, you need to consider that part. Overall, it’s a nice little hotel where located to close to supermarket and target. We stayed there for the dodgers game and it was only 12-15 mins away from the stadium by uber. so it was very convenient.

It’s clean and quiet!

My family of 4 stayed for 1 night July 29-30 so my children could go to Universal studios. I see a $150 charge on my card for alleged "smelling like Marijuana" days later with no communication. Mind you, there is Marijuana oder in the hallway every time we left our room. First, this is a baseless lie. Second, we are traveling with young children and would never do that. Lastly, there were 2 cockroaches in shower. We also found them by the lobby coffee maker (GROSS)! We took pics of both instances. The bed and pillows sucked, AC was weak and the decor was straight from the 1980s. They haven't updated this place probably since it was built. Have contacted hotel and they gave me an email to contact and I did. It's been 4 days and not one communication back. AVOID if you hate roaches, poor customer service and erroneous charges. 0 Stars for the WORST hotel experience of our life! Give us our money back you unethical and poorly run hotel!

It was in a convenient location and close to a lot. I liked the size of the room and the shower pressure I don’t like the virtual check in and check out. It felt weird and impersonal. I didn’t like the vending machines as the only snack options. I had poo marks on my toilet seat and found a spider in my bed. The bed was not very comfortable.

Wonderful stay

The staff who assisted check in was very friendly and patient. Lobby and room is nice . When we check out, the staff ( different lady) seems not patient and just want to get it done and get it over.

Slightly inconvenient having to wait till 3 to check in, room had a funky smell but other than that it was a very serviceable hotel.

We had a great stay at the Glendale Hotel. While the rooms are a little older, they were clean and comfortable, and the customer service more than made up for it. The staff was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond when we accidentally left my mom's pillow behind. They were able to secure it for us, which we really appreciated. It's nice to stay somewhere that genuinely cares about its guests. Thank you for making our stay a positive experience!
