Pretty clean and easy check in!

Loved the coffee machines. Had the best coffee ever.

Overall, the hotel matched the description and photos, and the other two rooms we stayed in were fine. Unfortunately, one of the three rooms had a significant bug issue. We found bugs in the bed, on the walls, and in the bathroom, which was concerning and made the stay uncomfortable. Aside from that issue, the hotel was as described and the photos were accurate. We hope the hotel addresses the problem and thoroughly inspects the affected room.

Clean rooms and friendly staff

Charging $15 just to park your car is ridiculous, especially considering the overall experience. There was no live person on-site to assist with check-in. Instead, you have to deal with a machine and a person appearing on a video screen who seemed to be working from somewhere else in the world. The audio was difficult to hear, and I could barely understand what he was trying to say. It made an already inconvenient check-in process even more frustrating. To make matters worse, the key I was given did not work. I had to go back to that same machine twice just to get the key exchanged. After all that hassle, I was finally given another room. Unfortunately, the room itself was also very disappointing. It looked old, gloomy, and poorly maintained. Even the mini fridge was warm when I opened it, which made me question whether it was even working properly. For what they charge, I expected a much better experience. Paying $15 for parking, dealing with a frustrating automated check-in system, having a non-working room key, and ending up in a dated and gloomy room is simply not acceptable. I would not stay here again.

Clean and comfortable room. There was no reception desk, and check-in was fully electronic. Overall, a good stay.

Location is great, both relative to other parts of the city and the proximity to the nearest Ralph's (a 5 minute walk). The lack of a physical hospitality staff is a little disconcerting to this midwesterner, but the 24/7 teleconferenced attendant was quite nice and helpful. Don't expect fancy, but will definitely book again.

i was happy it was central .. value for money

I was in town from Maryland visiting my son in L.A. We needed a room for the night in a hurry due to the power in his neighborhood going out during an 'extreme heat situation' that was occuring. We found the Glendale Hotel via Expedia at a great price. The room was perfect for our needs - clean, spacious and air conditioned !! The only downside was having to pay an extra $15 to use their parking lot but that may be the way things work in California. Anyway, fortunately his power came back on the next day or we would gladly have booked antother night at the Glendale Hotel.

the hotel is in the ghetto. there was shirtless crack head that tried to get into the lobby. the room is decent good enough to sleep

This is a budget motel that is clean and well maintained, but outdated. Also, there is nobody present at the front desk - it's all handled remotely...

Their front desk is someone through a computer. The people here were very nice & helpful. Would stay again.

Beware. They buried the 15.00 parking fee in the terms and charge a 150.00 deposit. I complained about parking and fees then paid them. When I tried to book another night they put me on a do not rent list. I'm handicapped, so discrimination against a handicap person is a serious matter. So free speech violation, handicap discrimination and no two party signature voids contract on its face. They have been notified about lawsuit coming.
