Glenrock Inn & Suites Glendale

Everything was good

Great location with good parking access to the freeway.

Good

I like the location and the park close by, I like the coffee machine in the room and on the Front Desk. It was a little bit smell in a room, and not a free parking

It was a nice and room easy to park The moment I turned on the light there was a small roach scurrying around on the table. That was nasty.

Good

The bed was really comfy. Had issues with the TV. They are going under renovations, in the pool and jacuzzi area, there were the old nightstands stacked up on one another, which I think is a safety hazard and they still have a dumpster which took up a few parking spots.

Room was clean and there was parking. The pool was not working when I went and even thought free breakfast was advertised, when I arrived they told me that there was NO BREAKFAST AT ALL. I felt deceived because I only booked this hotel for the pool and breakfast and it had neither.

Very good

Not too far from civilization.. Close to market THANK GOD ! ; there's no food at hotel. There IS ample parking ... Fairly quiet and comfy bed. 1. YOU pay for parking (ridiculous; it's not like it's WALK OF FAME neighborhood).. Miles away. 2. Staff ... If not for the UNPLEASANT Attitude of several staffers.. This place would be a keeper. Very unwelcoming attitudes. Sad i can't return because THAT alone was so disconcerting. Warning: DO NOT STAY 1 MINUTE (literally!) beyond check out. AT 11 02, THE BANGING BEGAN ON MY DOOR..WE ARE TWO ELDERLY WITH CANE AND!!! A WALKER. NO WARM BLOOD AT THIS LOCATION ( except ERIC and another young lady VERY LOVELY..her name is NOT EMILY. Ashley? Olivia? On duty at my initial check in. sweet .. Warm.. REASONABLE & surrounded by opposition

Remodeling, the parking lot was Ames’s. The room needed to be sprayed for mosquitoes. The incidental fee has not been returned yet.

Clean room and convenience was great 10/10

I felt the room was not clean or sanitized enough for bed.

Good priced room for a wedding in Glendale. Safe and clean.

Exceptional

Exceptional

Quick check-in. Friendly staff. The room was better than I imagined. Very clean. The bed was super comfortable. Loved that there was a coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator. Nice size bathroom. Great water pressure and hot water. Small detail, but I like that the TV had Netflix and YouTube. Right across the street was a mini mall. And plenty of dining options. I didn’t get to use the pool or Jacuzzi, but it was super clean as well. I honestly can’t name one thing that I didn’t like about it.
