Staff, pool, jacuzzi, morning coffee were all great! Hair on floor by sink. I just cleaned it myself. Otherwise all was 100%

They used to provide breakfast but no more. Makes me wonder why they no longer have this service????

The room was clean and the staff was very helpful in providing another room when our initial room was still being cleaned upon check-in.

This is my "go to" hotel when I visit my college student. The location is quiet, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is helpful. It is located within walking distance from a pharmacy and several small restaurants.
-
The customer service was bad. It took forever to get my deposit back. I'm disabled and flight came in a little early and they didn't help much with early check in and charged extra fee.
-
No breakfast
-

Not bad

Clean and comfortable, great location! Free, on-site parking is a huge plus. My daughter is a student at Occidental College and I stay here every time I visit.
