convenient location non-cooperation and non-helpfulness of the on-screen check in person that cost me dearly. due to their unwillingness to hold a suitcase for me for one hour before check in. I have to ask someone else to help to store my suitcase in their car which them mistakingly got driven to San Diego. :(

Nothing There was few much flys and mosquitoes in the room

they wouldn’t let us check in 45 minutes before 3pm which is so ridiculous and stupid. Its a virtual phone call with a foreign “staff member” to check in and out and the office is so small no more than one person can fit in there. I don’t know why they didn’t let us check in early? Our room seemed dirty anyways!! The floor had crumbs and sunflower seeds under some of the furniture. The top blanket on the bed had holes in it. no hairdryer in the bathroom. The room also had a lingering musty smell. never booking here again. they allow homeless looking people on property as well, its a bad look & kinda gross. The ice machine looks so old and dirty. It’s kept outside, literally almost on the corner of the street, and there was no ice bucket in our room either ?! if we did want ice. The whole place is just inconvenient odd, dirty, kind of gross smelly, musty, old outdated. The price was good. That is the only reason why I’m giving it more than one star, you get what you pay for i guess.

Needs to be updated. Toilet was leaking and old everything. Huge space under the front door at the bottom. Lame bed.I was scared and uncomfortable but great location if you have no standards.

Our room was 103 as soon as we stepped in the room there was Roaches everywhere. The restroom door is hard to open and close.

Simple for a simple stay and nice area

Bathroom counter had a USED FLOSS on it! Toilet had HAIR CLIPPINGS on it! No management on site, everything done through a video chat terminal, no late check-in. TV didn't work. Could only get Spanish religious stations. Tried various inputs. No accessible power for a phone charger by the bed. No clock. Just 2 towels and a bath mat. No hand towels or wash cloths. Furniture looks like it was free on a curb. Old and run down. Dresser drawer was missing. Nightstand drawer missing pull hardware. Chair fabric was torn. Weird shelf thing above drawers. Picture missing from wall, leaving ugly wood plank visible. Other picture was crooked due to the mount in the drywall. Paint peeling on the bathroom door. Crack in ceiling. Pros: Air conditioner worked and was relatively quiet. Floor was clean, no dirty bare feet. Building looks nice outside, wrought iron floral railings and plants. Bed was flat, though a little hard. Room was quiet, despite being on a busy street. Front and rear parking lots. Good food in the area, like Casa Bianca. Would not stay here again

The room was pretty much clean, but it was very old. The tv didn’t work it was just there. The check in robots were hard to communicate with.

There was mold. We had to leave in emergency

I got charged a 100$ deposit witch I was never told before booking it, now god knows when will I be re enbusrt!! Also the ac never turned on the whole night!!

There is one ceiling light working even though there are 3 ceiling lights They have turned off 2 out of 3 lights to save electricity Carpet is dirty and ice machine and vending machines not working Overall this place is managed like if you are in a third world country

The hotel reminds me of Orleans French district. Room was very retro and clean. The outlets were a challenge for my husbands c-pap machine and plugging in our phones. There werent any on the bedside walls. But we managed.

The room looked as though it had been lived in. The price definitely made it harder to accept. The pool was clean but the room had a very strange smell to it. I used the bed and it felt as though something was crawling all over me. I did eventually get back in bed and forced myself to sleep after a patron calmed me with their social presence. The ice machine was broken as well. The bathtub did not have a working plug either. The sink was clogged. The window for the bathroom faced out to the back parking lot which made it more unsafe, including a missing screen on the front window near the check-in office. The ac worked. There was a fake plant there that looked real but needed cleaning. There was a locked door that was also confusing. One of the plugs did not work. The fridge was empty but useful.

Blanket had cigarette burns , room smelled like cigarettes
