Best Western The Inn Of Los Gatos

Had king suite and regular room. Beds were very comfortable. Needed portacrib for grandson- brought right to room. Small pool but not utilized by many guests. Grandkids enjoyed Parking lot shared with restaurant. Even being shared didn't have trouble with parking

Convenient location, good breakfast

We had a King Suite which was very spacious & provided a separate living room from bedroom. It came with a microwave & refrigerator. The location was easily accessible from the freeway but still very quiet. Parking was plentiful as the other businesses in the complex were empty & EV chargers were available on premises. The rooms were very clean & staff made every effort to meet your requests. Included breakfast was well above what is usually provided. There were scrambled eggs with over/o sausage, juices, cereal & bagels. Overall a very good deal that I would highly recommend.

Rest of the stay was good. Breakfast was great, kids really enjoyed it. There was plenty of parking and the rooms were clean.

The room smelled like curry and gave off a very unpleasant smell.

Hotel room was clean but dated - reasonably priced for the location.

Convenient for our travel plans. Room was big, nice setup. Unfortunately there was hair around the shower and toilet, I didn’t make a big deal but that stuck with me.. the linens and rooms looked and smelled clean. Pool is small, they say heated but doesn’t feel like it, it’s near the trees and bushes and had debris and bugs. Breakfast was decent, all of the staff we encountered were friendly.

The hotel is well located next to the freeway and close to the downtown shops and restaurants. It is modern, clean and well maintained and ideal for anyone visiting the area.

The upside of this motel is cleanliness and the breakfast. The downside is it was quite noisy. We were on the 1st floor and there was lots of noise coming from upstairs. There was also banging in the walls (maybe pipes?) and of course the workers and others guests outside our room in the morning made it impossible to sleep. It’s really set up like a classic motel, not a hotel. Staff was pleasant and helpful, but if I stayed there again, I would only take a 2nd floor room.

I was very impressed with the friendliness of the staff and efficiency of getting checked in. I had some questions during my stay and the front desk staff was very kind and helpful to me. I would stay at this property again. The rooms were comfortable as well.
