Best Western The Inn Of Los Gatos

Convenient for our travel plans. Room was big, nice setup. Unfortunately there was hair around the shower and toilet, I didn’t make a big deal but that stuck with me.. the linens and rooms looked and smelled clean. Pool is small, they say heated but doesn’t feel like it, it’s near the trees and bushes and had debris and bugs. Breakfast was decent, all of the staff we encountered were friendly.

The hotel is well located next to the freeway and close to the downtown shops and restaurants. It is modern, clean and well maintained and ideal for anyone visiting the area.

The upside of this motel is cleanliness and the breakfast. The downside is it was quite noisy. We were on the 1st floor and there was lots of noise coming from upstairs. There was also banging in the walls (maybe pipes?) and of course the workers and others guests outside our room in the morning made it impossible to sleep. It’s really set up like a classic motel, not a hotel. Staff was pleasant and helpful, but if I stayed there again, I would only take a 2nd floor room.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean and well maintained. Breakfast is plentiful with a great selection for everyone.

I was very impressed with the friendliness of the staff and efficiency of getting checked in. I had some questions during my stay and the front desk staff was very kind and helpful to me. I would stay at this property again. The rooms were comfortable as well.

Best hotel breakfast ever!!

The place was excellent and the pool was enjoyable. The only negative thing would be that our room was pretty small. Next time we will upgrade to a larger room!

The room was clean, and the staff were incredibly kind. The only reason I marked it down was because of the noise. Nothing to complain about, just could hear guests in the rooms next to us.
