1.) pool only has 8 lounge chairs. They could easily make pool area larger. 2.) pool has no service for drinks or snacks 3.) bathroom has a motion sensor for the lights, which means if you walk in at 2am the brightest lights blind you. Had to place the ironing board in front of the sensor. This hotel is great, plenty of parking including underground, close to town, great restaurant, great room.

Room was nice and large we booked jr suite but the bathroom is very outdated and we looked at the parking lot. Booking said breakfast included which ended at 10:30a got there at 9:30a only had breakfast butter, coffee and cereal nothing else was there

Super quiet on new years and Fourth of July for folks trying to avoid the noise of fireworks. This time we were disappointed in our room. The bedside lamp didn’t work, the sink leaked and we found fleas in the bathtub. The hotel was sold out so there was no where else for them to move us. When I brought it up to the staff in the morning they waived the amenities fee as a consultation. Overall we will likely go back but I hope they step these pieces up or we may reconsider.

The location is unbeatable, directly opposite the airport terminal, making it my preferred hotel whenever I have an early flight from Birmingham. Check-in is always quick and smooth, the rooms are clean and have everything needed for an overnight stay, and the bed is comfortable. There is also a convenient hotel drop-off point right outside the entrance. Nothing significant. It is exactly what I need for a convenient overnight stay before a flight.

Great location and clean hotel. We were disappointed that our room did not have a balcony as described when we booked it. Our room was on the back side of the hotel and was a bit dark and dungeon-like. When we asked about the balcony, we were told that they are on a first come, first serve basis. If we had know that, we would have requested a balcony upon booking. Also, their breakfast was simple which is fine, but they were out of some basic items such as hard boiled eggs and certain yogurts. If they are going to keep it simple, it would be nice if they could keep items stocked.
