Very nice and convenient hotel

Hotel Los Gatos was very nice. The location was perfect. Walking distance to get coffee, breakfast and do a little shopping. Only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because the beds are very uncomfortable and had a difficult time sleeping. Other than that, I would stay again.

Very nice quiet room, bedding and amenities. Easy free parking on premises. Good location for dining options in town. No on-site breakfast which Hotels.com said would be included. Keurig type coffee available.

The property and the room were excellent. Unfortunately though, my suite was located right next to the entrance/exit door. It slams quite loudly! I slept well until early morning when people started coming and going, but sleeping in was definitely not an option!

I was very pleased with our recent stay. We stayed in 126 and the toilet was ADA compatible and the room was clean and fresh. Beds ver comfortable. Will stay again soon and hpopfor same room. It was lovely. The staff and team are ver professional and helpful.

But.... The A/C wasn't working correctly on what was one of the hottest days of the year in LG. Thankfully the maintenance staff was able to address after the first sweltering night. When booking, mention was made of a complimentary breakfast. Please note that this is no longer offered. I'm not sure if the error is on the hotel side or Hotels.com. Regardless, the offer is misleading and calls for am immediate revision.

Our stay was very disappointing. I hardly slept at all as the shower had a cut off pipe from what o imagine was once a rain shower that dumped water randomly every 5 minutes or so and kept me up. The room was generally rundown and not at all what I was expecting for the price. Won’t stay again.

It’s a pretty property with a nice pool set back from the road. Unfortunately, the bed seemed to have a 30-year-old mattress, the kind that’s like plywood on springs. No softness or give, just bounce. If the other person moves at all, you get jostled like there’s a mini earthquake. If you stay in one position more than 30 minutes you are at risk for pressure injury. If your back is more than 20-years-old….ooof, good luck.

The hotel is nice and well located, but the pool is extremely small and the breakfast is just awful! There was a power outage for several hours in the morning done at the behest of the electrical company, but the hotel did NOTHING to alert clients or mitigate the inconvenience.

it was a good stay, the hvac wasnt working that great and the bed was really hard but it is a nice hotel

Restaurants and park!Very safe and clean area with nature trails close by fantastic weather, went to outdoor concert in park and drove to beach. Loved the pool rm. View! Went in the pool and hot tub, very relaxing and great atmosphere. Hope to come back and stay at this hotel!

Breakfast was good. Price was on the high side.
