The room had some amenities that weren’t perfect. Specifically , the pumps on the shampoo/conditioner/body wash bottles didn’t work at all, and they were disconnected when I arrived, suggesting that they’d been clearly dysfunctional but had been left that way instead of being addressed when the room was prepared. The shower curtain didn’t work great, and there was a big puddle that formed from the shower throughout the bathroom and towards the room by the time I finished showering. (Putting both layers of shower curtain inside helped remedy this.) There was also no “Do not disturb “ sign available in the room, so i had to get one late at night. There is also no accessible ice machine on the first floor, so staff had to run to the kitchen to fill my ice bucket. I’m not sure if my situation was unique, because most of the hotel’s reviews were positive. And again, overall everything was clean and quiet, and the staff were lovely.

Nice big room. Quiet and comfortable. Well located. Hotel dining facilities were not inviting - very few takers. No atmosphere. Hotel was tired and old and needs investment.

The breakfast is expensive and there are a ton of options around so do your research. Check in was easy, room was ready on time and staff were efficient and polite. Room was clean and quiet. Pillows are big and fluffy! Too big and too fluffy for my taste but that is personal. $35 for parking in a suburban area seemed extreme. As much as an urban hotel.

The faucets are too short, given where they drill the holes. The bathroom sliding door is hard to operate but not impossible.

Superb

One elavtor was broken - made accessing rooms with floors very inconvenient. No sign that anyone is working on the issue. Room keys did not initially work, which compounded the first issue mentioned above. Rooms appeared to be poorly maintained. This hotel is a shell of its former self which I much enjoyed.

Location was good, front desk staff when I arrived was very nice. They maxed out my credit card after I left because they “made a mistake” and charged me twice for my stay. They also never told me how much parking per day was. When I called to speak with the staff and ask for a manager to ask why no one told me about this “mistake” of over charging me and maxing out my credit card, they wouldn’t answer me. I asked to speak with someone higher up, and they never called me back but emailed me that all they could do was refund the double charge, and pay for part of my parking. I was on a vacation when they maxed my vacation card out and was basically stranded other than cash. They didn’t seem to want to acknowledge or apologize or make up for their mistake. This was a terrible stressor for myself and my husband.

Great stay……. Great location

Good location in Los Gatos. Bedroom was spacious. Reception staff were helpful and welcoming. Bathroom was large, shower (in-bath) was reliable. Ample parking for guests, albeit ridiculously expensive. The dining options were poor. The restaurant was expensive (madly so considering the "captive" nature of breakfast). On my first morning I tried the restaurant, I was only the 2nd customer dining there. The server repeatedly forgot my order, coming back to check multiple times. Served cold coffee (because he didn't return with the milk for over 10 minutes). Service was slow. The food, when it arrived, was tasty but the portion size was very small. Paying $48 for two poached eggs on tiny pieces of toast with coffee??? The hotel décor was tired and dated, both in the rooms and the hallways etc. Paying $35 per night on top of room rate to park my car there was just outrageous.

Great location Very small room. Moldy walls in bathroom. Broken tiles in bathroom. Closet doors kept getting stuck. No full length mirror. Room cleaned only once during 3 night stay. Charged $35 per night to park and never told us there was a free parking lot directly across the street

Great hotel!
-
such a cute hotel in a perfect location and reasonably priced!
-
This hotel charge $51.60 fee for checking in before 4:00PM. The fee is not disclosed when booking. I arrived at 2:30PM, and paid $51.60. I don't think charge $51.60 early check in fee before 4:00PM is not industry standard.

Convenient & tidy. Walking distance to shopping & restaurants.
-
They don’t clean everyday so if you need more coffee or cups or towels you have to ask for them at the desk when someone is available at the desk. Parking is $35 per night. Otherwise the location was nice, and convenient to walk in downtown to the park or restaurants. Beds were comfortable.

Solid experience but the front desk staff was not overly friendly. Hispanic gentleman treated people in front of us rather rudely and gave us a room we didn’t reserved even after telling us the correct room at checkin. Had the room switched and he tossed the key at us.

Good

They also only clean the rooms every other day now. That was another cut that Hilton made when they purchased this hotel.

The gym needs to be updated. The equipment is old and outdated for a Hilton Hotel. They also only clean the rooms every other day now. That was another cut that Hilton made when they purchased this hotel.

There is no longer a lounge or dinner restaurant, as there has in the past. Feels a little dated. I've been coming there for about 15 years when I visit family, just not the same.
