The front desk lady was super sweet & charismatic. Seemed to genuinely care, and was super welcoming. Literally everything else. My room was dirty. There was hair on the bed sheets and pillows and serious stains everywhere. There was also hair in the jacuzzi and when I turned on the shower the water on the floor of it was sudsy because there was still soap in it…. It seriously was like nobody had cleaned it at all. Disgusting, I left early and didn’t sleep here. The rooms are also outdated. On top of all of this there were people walking around the building all hours of the night & a live in security guard who stopped me as I was checking in and questioned me. Which made it abundantly clear to me that I’m not safe there either because why do they need this? I basically paid $115 to clean my own jacuzzi and use it lmao. I won’t be back. For $15 more I could’ve stayed at a 5 star hotel lol.

It was clean the air conditioner works great and it quiet there

Room was nice and clean and also spacious. Bathroom and shower were okay. The only downside to the room was it didn't have cable and the wi-fi connection was very poor.

I was there for the Kentucky Derby and just needed a place to lay down and shower and that’s all this place provided. It was WAY LESS then any other hotel and it wasn’t far from the track The keycard NEVER worked. Instead of going to my room, I would go straight to the front desk office to get a new room key made so I could get in the room and sometimes it still didn’t work. ?⬛Pigeon had built a nest in the light right outside my door and were “Cooo Coooo ing” ALL night long

Easy parking, terrible bathroom. This is not a hotel for tourists
-
No mirror in our bathroom. We had to go buy a mirror. Also smelled like weed as if someone was just smoking it in our room.
-
Did not felt safe during my stay. Someone knocked at my door two times during the night. Left a day early because of that.
-
Great cheapest spot available for the derby weekend, can get a little rowdy outside but never felt unsafe. It’s bare minimum, very few plug sockets, no microwave or fridge
-
Im grateful for my stay here ? ?

The manager was real nice and very helpful. I don’t know why but I didn’t have any hot water in my shower. That was not great having to shower with cold water. Overall the stay was ok.

-

I booked the stay on ORBITZ. I had been flying all day and was exhausted! There was a 50,000 person Volley Ball Tournament in Louisville and EVERY Hotel/Motel was SOLD OUT! When I arrived I was told they did not have a Room for me because ORBITZ over sold the property, That’s called overselling and the the Property in question would, what we call that industry, walk you to another/sister property. The woman working the Desk was clearly overwhelmed and offered NOTHING not even a bottle of water. So determined, mind you the reservation was Paid -In-Full to get this resolved, I call ORBITZ directly and spoke first to Pranav who because it was above his pay grade transfer me to the resolution department for which I then spoke to Lloyd. I explained the situation in full detail and waited while he called the property for which I could hear the Front Desk speaking to him. Fast forward, he would put me on hold while calling every Hotel/Motel in a 25 mile radius to no avail and then repeatedly calling the front Desk. The property called the owner (so I was told) who miraculously found a Room. I arrived at 9:30pm and was given a Room 2hrs later. The lady working that Desk apologized for the error. There was a heavy set gentleman who was of absolutely NO HELP at another gentleman (of whom I believe was of Latin decent) cleaned the Room and made sure I was comfortable, ORBIZ gave me a partial refund for the error but I will be moving on. Very poor communication amongst term all.
