Budgetel Inn & Suites

The hotel was undergoing some maintenance and renovations while we were there, but it did not negatively affect our stay. Everything we needed was available, and we were comfortable the entire time. Considering how busy the area was that weekend, everything was handled well and we had no issues. Overall, this was a good value and a convenient place to stay. We had a positive experience and would definitely consider staying here again.

Good price and helpful staff. When we first arrived at our hotel the only problem was the tv didn’t work. When I told Anna who is with the front door staff and she got right on it and we had a working tv. If I had any problems I would just direct them to her and they were taking care of quickly, It’s an inexpensive motel with an attentive staff like Anna at the front desk.

Was nice to find a place during festival, not the best hotel, lots of people living there. Room very basic, toilet didn't flush. But made it work. Was $250-$300 for festival dates

Nice staff, very helpful. Property is run down but not unexpected for the money. Room smelled of smoke.

Close to the venue They attempted to scam us and they didn’t clean the whole time we was there no clean towels nothing the location was shady and crack heads everywhere

Hot water worked well. Staff was helpful and knowledgeable. The room was dirty and stank, I found cockroaches and got bit by something that is likely bedbugs based on the bite pattern. The towels left little fuzzies all over me, which got on my clothes and made applying sunscreen difficult. The surfaces in the room were all sticky. The room got damp even with the AC on 24/7. No fridge or microwave.

It’s conveniently located not too far from Kentucky Exposition Center which was where I spent most of the trip. The staff has always been very friendly. I can’t complain, I’ve stayed here 6 times, and it’s been pleasant. It’s cheap and affordable, I just want somewhere to sleep while not at Louder than Life. I don’t need much, so this place works great for me. May not be for everyone.

Dirty dirty dirty. Roaches. Killed 3 that we saw.Herd there was bed bugs but cant confirm. Staff was very helpful but we cleaned the second room that the first we thought got missed by the maids. Dont even think they had that.

My reservation was canceled without warning I've used booking.com multiple times without issue however this time I arrived for check in to find out I had no accommodations Reservation canceled without warning!

It was cheaper then everything else for the festival that was in town and near a lot of restaurants and stores Our room had flys and other bugs and everything was super sticky and un washed. But you get what you pay for

There wasn’t much to like, very disappointing. It was dirty, never gave me clean towels and rags, only supplied one of each upon first day arriving, staff was rude (front desk), it had bugs (roaches), never supplied my tissue or anything else. Not the ideal stay !
