Nasty

Good location for where I needed to be. No one was at the check in desk. I had to wait 5 minutes for someone to show up. Front desk people do not speak clear English so it was hard to understand them. Giant roach in the room! Room, bed and bedding was run down and it felt dirty knowing there were roaches in the room. Bed was worn and not very comfortable. Some female called me the day of check out and left a long, illegible message. I returned the call and it went to the front desk. The guy who answered said no females work there. Said he had no idea why someone from the front desk would call me. It all felt very shady. I would not stay here again because of the roaches and the creepy call. Not a safe place.

Friendly staff. Clean. Convenient location. I did not like the pillows. And I did not like the air conditioning blowing straight onto the bed. I had to create a barrier with a chair and the ironing board.

Location Toilet didn’t flush correctly.

This is a newly remodeled Red Roof Inn. We were pleasantly surprised as to how nice it was. It also has an elevator which a lot of the Red Roof Inns don't.

Staff was very professional. Room was clean and smelled great (no smoke). The cost was the icing on the cake!

The room was clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I didn't have any complaints and the price was reasonable.

The hotel was clean and quiet, but the maid didn’t clean my room thoroughly and didn’t take out the old linen from the previous guest.

Power went out right before check out. Was not given a reciept. Was told incorrectly that my booking app would send a reciept. That is only if you pay online. I paid at the property meaning the property has to issue the reciept. The hotel also charged my card before I got to the property which is not supposed to happen. Corporate will get a phone call.

Very dirty with hair in the bathtub. Conditions are terrible, you can hear the water running through the walls all night. Sleeping was difficult with the noise. Would not return.

If you can try not to book at this Red Roof location, upon arrival to the hotel, we had to pay $100 deposit when other locations only charge $50. After entering the room, my associate went in to use the bathroom and there was a roach, very much alive, so they switched us rooms. The smell of the second room was overwhelming with cleaning products that I had to step outside, once I made it outside I see a couple of orange caps from a syringe laying on the ground. Front desk employee wasn’t very pleasant and shouldn’t checking in the guest. Overall very disappointed, but like they say you get what you pay for. All I can say is red roof do better!!!

The staff was very rude, the girl with black hair and glasses at the front counter had an attitude with everyone, at first I thought everyone was just being rude to her but nope she can’t seem to understand hospitality and is no help. The location is behind an almost abandoned speedway and be wary of trying not to pop your tires driving through all the potholes in the “parking lot”. The hotel overall was not a good experience and I would never book here again.
