Easy parking area Not enough wash clothes or towels

Was super convenient for me and my dogs in our situation. I'm greatfull

We made reservations with Expedia for a room. When I arrived the hotel did not have our reservation. I showed them the confirmation number. The hotel indicated there was no confirmation with this number. I was forced to try and find another hotel. The hotel was not cooperative and did not attempt to help. I was charged for this room but unable to access. Horrible experience. Will never use Expedia or Red Roof again.

Don’t stay here, crime filled neighborhood, I witnessed a drug deal. Cops patrol the building almost every hour. Our door didn’t lock, the safe didn’t work. The sheets were dirty and the shower had someone’s body hair. The maids do a poor job cleaning they didn’t wipe down counters, replace things. The tv barely works, no option to rent movies, and there is only like 7 channels. No amenities nothing no pool, no gym, no restaurant. There’s homeless people living in the woods, there’s a royal spa (sex spa) across from it, there’s hotels behind a gas station with bars on the windows and behind the sex spa is a halfway house. The person at the desk told us we could have any room because every single room was available. All of them had issues we went to. It’s a 💩 hole hotel. We wanted a refund so we could go somewhere else but the hotel and Expedia wouldn’t do it. Non refundable and terrible customer service Very disappointed with the hotel and even more disappointed with Expedia. Go anywhere else, there’s great hotels by the Kentucky expo center that’s where we will be staying next year

The night clerk was wonderful. We had small issue with the door lock and he helped us move rooms. Always smiling and remembered every guest on property.

Location was good -- close to restaurants, but far enough off of a busy street that the room was very quiet. Absolutely nothing. Good value for the money.

for the price the hotel was fine. several homeless people milling around outside and the vending machines did not work very well but there is a gas station within walking distance. upon check out the staff was friendly but they did not follow through very well with some things that I had issues with and I had to call them for several days to finally get it taken care of. they did take care of it it was just a lot more work than it had to be

friendly, convenient, cheap, and clean the night staff gave me the keys to two different occupied rooms before i finally got a room of my own.. i guess third time’s the charm?
