A wonderful stay! Loved the room and the staff was amazing. We will definitely return.

The property was absolutely beautiful. I enjoyed all the modernize features in the room for an example the sensor light on the bottom of the bed,the electric curtains that covered the window, the restroom mirror sensor lights,etc. It was such a great experience! Me and my wife was so satisfied! We had a room on the 3rd floor face towards the main entrance, and at night it was kind of noisy.

Staff were very nice and helpful!! Clean and avery cool rooftop bar! If your light sleeper, don’t get a room by market Street other than that it was wonderful and I love staying here.

Caleb at the bar was amazing!! Really knew his stuff and was very knowledgeable on different bourbons and flavor profiles. We loved chatting with him!

We had a great experience! Super comfortable and high quality. We would happily stay again if in that area!!

Exceptional

Excellent service from each staff member.

Great location, exceptional staff, beautiful rooms. Parking was not ideal due to the adjacent lot being a Public parking lot and it's proximity to Bourbon Row. Ask for a room that is not facing Market St. due to poor sound deadening of windows. Otherwise, a truly exceptional place to stay.

Very clean and well kept. Room was comfortable and atmosphere was great.

Great place to stay. Excellent property the staff is excellent. They have a black car service that will drop you off within 3 miles of the hotel. Plenty of stuff to do in NuLu neighborhood. 114 bar is literally in the parking lot. Great food in the hotel. My only complaint is the traffic noise which the hotel can’t control. Stay on the courtyard side of the hotel. Lots of loud cars and motorcycles all night long. I was woke up every night I was there. I will go back but stay on the other side of the hall on a higher floor.

Wow. What can I say? This place is fabulous. The staff is the best we’ve ever had. I loved the pool on the rooftop with a bar. The food was fabulous. They will also take you in the hotel car where you need to go downtown. The bed was so soft. Great place.

The hotel is clean and the staff is very nice .the reason for the 3 stars is how loud it is ,you can hear everything outside all night long .and the auto night lights that you can't turn off.

Other than that, we really enjoyed the stay. It’s a close knit community and travelers are definitely outsiders.

Wonderfully appointed and well located hotel. Staff was very nice, rooms were lovely and very comfortable with great amenities, pool was clean and well maintained, (though it could be open a touch later for my liking.)

The hotel is beautiful. The only issue is that it’s new and the breakers trip, resulting in the lights going out,
