Excellent service from each staff member.

Great location, exceptional staff, beautiful rooms. Parking was not ideal due to the adjacent lot being a Public parking lot and it's proximity to Bourbon Row. Ask for a room that is not facing Market St. due to poor sound deadening of windows. Otherwise, a truly exceptional place to stay.

Very clean and well kept. Room was comfortable and atmosphere was great.

Great place to stay. Excellent property the staff is excellent. They have a black car service that will drop you off within 3 miles of the hotel. Plenty of stuff to do in NuLu neighborhood. 114 bar is literally in the parking lot. Great food in the hotel. My only complaint is the traffic noise which the hotel can’t control. Stay on the courtyard side of the hotel. Lots of loud cars and motorcycles all night long. I was woke up every night I was there. I will go back but stay on the other side of the hall on a higher floor.

Wow. What can I say? This place is fabulous. The staff is the best we’ve ever had. I loved the pool on the rooftop with a bar. The food was fabulous. They will also take you in the hotel car where you need to go downtown. The bed was so soft. Great place.

The hotel is clean and the staff is very nice .the reason for the 3 stars is how loud it is ,you can hear everything outside all night long .and the auto night lights that you can't turn off.

Other than that, we really enjoyed the stay. It’s a close knit community and travelers are definitely outsiders.

Wonderfully appointed and well located hotel. Staff was very nice, rooms were lovely and very comfortable with great amenities, pool was clean and well maintained, (though it could be open a touch later for my liking.)

Unfortunately, our experience started off on the wrong foot at check-in. The team member who assisted us overlooked the prepaid breakfasts included with our booking, which made the check-in process confusing and left a disappointing first impression. Breakfast itself was average. Our pancakes were served without syrup, and although we requested it, it took over 45 minutes—and an additional call to the front desk/kitchen—before it arrived. By then, the pancakes were cold, which was frustrating. The rooftop pool and patio bar were definitely highlights of the stay. The food was good, the atmosphere was enjoyable, and the service was generally solid during most of our visits. However, one evening our second round of drinks was forgotten, so we decided to close out our tab and end the night earlier than planned. The pool area was well maintained overall, although there was some hair floating along the edges of the pool. The hotel’s location was excellent—safe, convenient, and within easy walking distance of Whiskey Row. One tip for future visitors: many of the shops are closed on Sundays and Mondays, so plan accordingly to avoid disappointment. We’ll have to save our visit to WhistlePig for next time!

Great property. Love the rooftop!

My only complaint is the pool. It is extremely small for the size of the hotel, and it seemed to be oversold to outside guests. There were simply too many people in such a small space, making it impossible to relax or enjoy the pool. If the pool is one of the reasons you’re choosing this hotel, it’s something to keep in mind. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely come back, but I believe the pool capacity and guest access could be managed much better.

Only thing I didn’t like is when you order at the pool and pay with cash they don’t have change.
