Quiet rooms for a downtown location
-
It was a decent place, but the rooms are small, there was no closet, they had pegs on two walls where you could hang all of your stuff overlapping on the walls and no ironing board or iron just a steamer which barely worked. Cool vibe, but not a great place to stay for business.
-
Small room, but clean with everything you needed, bed, shower, sink, and toilet. Tacos and burritos right down in the lobby with a full bar. Free ice water and coffee and pop and gatorade available for purchase. Location is second to none, right in the middle of all the action. 8 blocks to NULU and 8 blocks the other way gets you to the slugger museum with live music, bars, distilleries, restaurants, and everything else in between.

The hotel and staff were amazing. The hotel was nothing but a total Good Vibe!! The location is amazing. Just wish it had a pool. But, there is so much to do in the area. It’s in the perfect area to walk and enjoy downtown.

I didn't make it to breakfast but overall the place was nice. The staff was very nice and welcoming. Room was very clean. I got a token for a free lemonade which was good also. Parking was free on the street after a certain time and all day Sunday so I didn't have to pay $22-$50 to park. I was on a solo trip and didn't feel unsafe at the location. Room was small but cozy and clean During the day, you can hear everything that room service is doing in the surrounding rooms. (They give u complimentary earplugs, USE THEM if u want to sleep in)

Friendly staff great location, clean

Staff were great, loved the dog-friendly stay. The bar and restaurant downstairs had a cool vibe! Room was a bit smaller than I anticipated, but still great value! The bar/restaurant downstairs was a little loud and overstimulating for my dogs when we first got in (late in the evening - so probably isn't an issue during day time check-ins), but the staff was efficient at getting us checked in.

To upgrade to a bigger room.. Hotel was clean & great location

Highly recommend. From the moment we walked up to the check-in desk until we checked out we had a wonderful experience. Over the top friendly staff. I really wish I would have gotten two of the front desk women’s names so that I could shut them out, but I do know one of the ladies last name was Cruz and the other lady was an African-American woman with glasses that I really hope can be identified because she was such a wonderful representation of what I believe the hotel would want for their brand. She was friendly, helpful and made us feel very welcome. I’m sorry I did not get her name. She provided above standard hospitality and should be recognized. If it helps she welcomed us on the late afternoon/evening shift on Thursday 7/15. The food and the lobby was amazing and parking was very easy. We were able to park on the street overnight without a fee and the staff gave us great parking tips. I will 100% recommend this hotel to anyone. I have a chance to.
