Hampton Inn Louisville Downtown

The rooms were very clean the food was not good at all, by 9:30 they had few things only and I talk to the front desk and they ask the kitchen person to serve more food and when they serve the food was not cook well potatoes were cold ☹️☹️

Very expensive for what they offer, the beds are not very comfortable, in the shower I found hair. I wouldn't stay in that hotel again

Great staff, location is close to Whiskey Row, immediate vicinity was a little sketchy.

You have to pay $20 per day and that’s not spelled out anywhere but it is pretty common here. The staff and the breakfast was very good.

Easy to get to off of the Highway and plenty of parking. Staff were really nice. Room was really nice and everything worked and was clean. Great location as you can walk to pretty much anywhere in the centre. Nothing not to like really. Not the absolute best room I had on my tour but one of the best.

The view from the 8th floor that’s it. I didn’t like the room bc it was too small, the ceiling was falling apart and stained. The furniture was old the only thing that seemed new was the tv. If I could’ve cancelled I would’ve. I paid way too much for a Hampton Inn to get very disappointed. This was by far the worst I’ve ever stayed in. I should’ve never paid that kind of money. Not only that to pay $19 dollars a day to park on the property is crazy when you’re renting a room there.

The staff were super friendly especially the custodian in the main lobby. Super comfy room with great shampoo, conditioner and lotion- not the cheap stuff. Towels were fluffy. Bed super cozy. The only complaint I have is I wasn't able to get my butt out of bed in the morning to run as planned because the beds were too cozy! Great view. Super convenient location. Great breakfast.

The staff member that checked me in and out was amazing. I didn't use any of the amenities as we were only there one night.

Wonderful location in downtown Lousiville! Clean rooms, great breakfast and friendly staff! Cannot wait to return on my next visit.

Super noisy hotel overall. Lots of people drinking in nearby establishments and being very loud as they come into the building. We got woken up several times by slamming doors (no soft close doors here) and people talking loudly in the hallway at 1:45am. The staff member who helped us check in was great, but the other seemed like he was asleep on the job and didn't want to answer any questions when asked. Breakfast was fine, but had limited options compared to other Hampton Inns we've stayed at.

Nice pool for the kids. A lot of good choices for breakfast. Asked for King sized beds only got Queen size. Charged for parking.

The room's one queen bed made horrible sounds when you sat on it or moved, as if it were rolling over. My granddaughter cut her toe in the pool. I asked for a tissue to stop the bleeding. The front desk person was on the phone, handed me a tissue, and never asked if I was ok or if she could do something like get a band-aid. Being with my family.

It was close to Kfc yum Arena No hot water . The bed was awful.

It was a great location. The pool is actually pretty big and we enjoyed it! The breakfast was decent and workers nice! The shower was awful and cold water
