Clean, spacious and close to the things we wanted to do

This hotel was our favorite on our trip so far! The staff were helpful and friendly and all around amazing! The room was so clean and the beds were the most comfortable. We loved it here!

For the price this hotel has great amenities! Very clean, friendly staff, nicely decorated rooms and a nice bar/lobby area! My husband and I enjoyed our stay.

Poor service everywhere except the bar. Dinner was expensive and poorly cooked and not served the way it was ordered. No water in room. Ice machine wouldn’t work. Elevator took 20 minutes to get to room. Very poor experience. Won’t stay again

Rooms are very clean. Nice bar /restaurant. Breakfast is not included, but there's a breakfast/brunch restaurant on site. Could use complementary coffee/tea area vs single serve option in the room.

Room was clean with a good floor plan. There was a surprising amount of open floor space in a king room. Staff was incredibly friendly and. Great location near the events at the great lawn or anything downtown Louisville.

Read previous reviews on parking and we were able to park in hotel lot with our car. Definitely small car parking lot as there is not a lot of room for big trucks and the larger SUVs.

Location was the BEST for Whisky Row & Slugger museum. Good food at Cambria, plus a clean, comfortable room & friendly staff. Nothing; great stay!

We stayed three night and were very pleased with our stay. The place was clean and staff were not only very friendly but very helpful. All three nights were got covered parking places. It was great.

Walkable in a great part of Louisville with plenty of dining options. Rooms were clean and spacious.

Great staff. Friendly and went above and beyond to be of assistance. Microwave in the room. The location is ok. It is about three blocks from the start of Whiskey Row. It was fine for us because we don’t mind walking.
