Parking was a problem, cost parking was a problem the website listed self parking without list $20.00 over night.the hotel sign was difficult to locate on the arrival. Bar and restaurant wad not open on Sunday

The staff was amazing. The front desk people were extremely nice and helpful. Renee at the front desk made amazing food recommendations. The staff in the 1st floor hotel restaurant were also very friendly and the breakfast quesadillas were great. This hotel is in a great location for all the bars, distilleries, and restaurants downtown. Place was clean and well kept. Highly recommend.

Amazing room, clean property and was walking distance to everything downtown. An amazing room for the cost. You would assume the rooms would be way more expensive. Will always stay at this hotel when in Louisville.

Enjoyed my stay at this property. Large clean room & bathroom with plentiful amenities like complimentary coffee & tea. Hearty breakfasts at the cafe on the first floor. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location in the heart of downtown.

Convenient location near baseball stadium. Inadequate parking lot, ended up parking on the street in front of property.

It's the perfect location for the festival that we were attending on the waterfront. The restaurant are closed on Sunday afternoon and evening.
