Close to downtown sights. Nearby Louisville Slugger Museum. Be aware current construction will hamper efforts to get around parts of Louisville, so add some extra time.

Terrible

The room was nice and clean. I was under the impression that the room was a suite with a separate bedroom. It was not it was a regular hotel room with a piece of glass separating the beds from the sofa. I booked the room for 7 people 5 kids and 2 adults, under the impression I was getting a suite. Other than that everything else was good. It was clean, was nice the amenities were nice as well.

Enjoyed my stay. Staff was very accommodating. Breakfast was good and got my crew moving to get to the appointment on time.

I absolutely love this hotel. Hotel is always clean, hotel staff is always accommodating and nice. Hotel is in walking distance to a lot of things in the area. Hotel Beds are really comfortable and room was very spacious.

I booked a suite with 3 bedrooms but was assigned 3 separate rooms, a little disappointing. Received rooms that were different from my booking.

It was a nice stay but for the price we hardly got any sleep as its by 4 busy roads and the windows seems so thin we thought they were open. Other then that it was a nice stay

Room was a bit dingy, could use a remodel. Worked fine but was not as nice/new as other Springhill Suites we’ve stayed in recently

It took a long time to check in. Definitely an older hotel that need some upkeep.

Breakfast area is very cool. On the 2nd floor with large windows for lots of sunshine and views, and there are lots comfy chairs and neat tables. The reception area was strange and small, and a little off putting since it was hidden in the parking garage. The suite rooms are not true private suites. There is a half wall dividing the spaces

Very nice workers, store in lobby expensive though.

Property is very clean and well maintained. Be prepared to pay $25 a day for parking when you get there to prevent finding a random parking garage. Staff was very helpful.
