Nice place to stay for a short time . I wasn't expecting to pay for parking instead of street parking

My stay started off rough with ants and dirty walls. Management stepped in and changed my room and it was much better. The hotel is in a good location. I thinks it needs some updates to bring it into modern day. Thank you staff for fast thinking.

This was close to the things we were doing, staff remembered us when we passed through the lobby, smiling and greeting us. We did not use any amenities and parking was valet only at $30 a night, but we didn’t wait long for the car at all. If you like valet parking it’s fine if you like access to your car at all times you may want something else.

Location was only a few blocks from restaurant and entertainment. Parking was not free. Paid for valet parking but no valet. The valet would see me coming then turn around and disappear.

The desk staff and valet service were great and helpful We were there three nights And never got out room serviced, even though we repeatedly asked.

Breakfast was not included , even though on my booking it said it would be. Hotel is very small. Also around 10 pm the fire alarm went off and everyone was exiting just to find out it was false alarm.

Good hotel. Close to hospital. Kinda sketch neighborhood but walkable to the distillery row touristy stuff. If you’re not going to the hospital it’s a bit further to things than you’d want as a tourist. No parking except valet.
