location is good, the rooms are clean, beds are comfortable parking is $30 a day, found it a bit expensive

Didn’t love getting in the elevator with local crack heads

The room was nice and clean Was not told about changes that the made as far as debit and credit cards that they can use. Always paired for the room using Chime Card,or Pay Pal. Never had any problems with the card at all,now they just changed on what cards they take and never told anyone about this. Yes it tells you what cards they accept, but I have seen people pay with other cards too,like Chime,PayPal and Wisely.

Comfortable room. Easy in and out. They wanted $35 plus tip to vallet park my car. That's a bit extreme considering I arrived at 8pm and left at 630 am.

The room itself felt quite cramped, and there were several maintenance issues. The overhead light in the room did not work, and only two of the four lamps were functioning. My biggest concern was the interaction I had upon arrival with the valet attendant. When I pulled in, he immediately stated that the lot was full, despite there appearing to be several available spaces. I politely explained that I was checking into the hotel and had a reservation. He repeated that the lot was full. Wanting to understand the situation, I asked for clarification and specifically whether that meant I would not have parking despite having a reservation. He responded that wasn’t what he was saying. Since I still didn’t understand how parking was being handled, I asked again for clarification. At that point, he looked at me and said, “Actually, I don’t give a ****. Park where you want.” The interaction was strange and completely unprovoked. I was not being rude or argumentative—I was simply trying to understand the parking situation. Additionally, the entire first floor smelled strongly of marijuana. The odor was noticeable enough that it could be smelled from the third floor. I will say that the front desk clerk was polite and professional, which I appreciated. We were also able to hear loud aircraft noise throughout the night. To be fair, that is partly on me, as I was unfamiliar with Louisville and did not realize how close the hotel is to the airport. Overall, the combination of the poor first impression, maintenance issues, strong marijuana odor, and noise made for an unpleasant stay. While I appreciated the kindness of the front desk staff, I would not choose to stay here again.

We added breakfast to our stay and chose this hotel because they had a hot breakfast. However, it opened late due to the one staff member who works breakfast having an emergency, which we understand. However, we had to leave no later 7 and the replacement did not arrive until 6:45am (supposed to open at 6am). There way no way we would have had enough time for her to open, and for us to order and eat. The front desk did rectify the situation by saying they would issue us a refund in amount of breakfast, so we were grateful for that. Just disappointed that the hotel only employs one breakfast staff member and we chose this location for a food breakfast and could not eat.

Everything it was a nice hotel. Friendly staff and very helpful. The expectations for parking. You had to pay valet or street parking at the meters. It was unexpected.

The person at the front desk when I checked in could have been more help when it came to park. Considering this is the first time at this hotel & downtown Louisville. See above.

Once they moved me to a different room it was a lot better. The front desk and the bill person were very helpful. Once I checked into the room I looked around to make sure there was clean There were no bugs under the mattress I opened the refrigerator and I saw a roach in there under the refrigerator in the microwave they were baby roaches in there. So it took me several attempts to reach the front desk. Then he looked in the refrigerator and saw that bug in there. Once he got to my room they changed me to a different floor and a different room which was a lot cleaner lot better than that one. Because one of the beds was not made.

I loved the view and the breakfast (lil slow for business crowd.) Nulu was so fun. E. Market st corridor! The room was great. Loved pillows and shower. The upper deck was being decorated. Has potential!

Didn’t get any Room next to loud ice machine

The bed was very comfortable. The staff members were all super friendly. Nothing. It was good.

Location. Room is too small. We stayed in room 220, really too small compared to the room my friend stayed at with a lower room rate.
