Didn’t stay Had an outdated atmosphere with questionable people around the hotel and area.

Bed. Bathtub too narrow.

Clean. Staff were friendy.

If you need to lay your head there. It was worth it.

We had two rooms and had to switch one due to bugs on the mattress upon arrival. The rooms did not smell the greatest. Both doors when closed have large enough gaps that you can see outside. Staff was not helpful at all. Tried getting a cup of coffee before we left the next morning but was told they didn’t open until 7am. Oh and didn’t mention dirty.

Location is perfect. Very clean, staff was nice. We did not stay for breakfast, but it looked good. Will definitely stay there again when we have an event in Louisville.

It was great for the price. Chair had stains , desk chair something sticky on arms, and bathroom shower cracked tile on handicap shower seat and shower nozzle holder broken. Otherwise good stay.

Sheets were stained, the light on the patio flickered on and off all night every 10 seconds and the curtains didn’t block it very well. Wouldn’t stay again

This was the 2nd 5 night stay at this hotel for a music festival. The staff was much friendlier than the last time, which almost made me not want to stay here again. The location is great for what we wanted with several restaurants nearby and easy access to the interstate. The beds are comfortable and AC works great! They could do better maintenance, like the caulking around the tub looks messy and some water damage around the window/AC looks just painted over rather than repaired professionally but its just cosmetic things. And the elevator is slow af. LOL. It's not the Hilton but it's clean and budget friendly and I would stay here again.

The location was great Although the location was great. It was very busy and loud. If you want a quiet sleep its not the best place. The room was surface clean. The floors were not. Walked from the shower to the bed and my feet were black. They only made the bed and changed sheets if you asked. Had grey hairs in our towels. The breakfast was terrible. If you like carbs only its perfect. No protein... eggs or meat. Just toast pancakes and cereal. If you did not get back early there was no parking. Giant roaches on the walls in the stairways. We paid $1500 for 5 nights. It was not cheap and the place was so run down. So disappointed.
