Limited number of towels in room, asked for more towels. When we returned to room the towels were laying on the hallway floor, ugh! Visited the pool Saturday evening around 6. Guest left towels and trash around seating area and no one from the hotel staff cleaned up and just left it there until 8pm closing of the bar. Lots of guests were still at the pool at 8pm with no access to drinks or food.

We always love staying at The Omni in Louisville. The property is very clean, beds are comfortable, staff is welcoming, and it is walking distance to attractions and restaurants. We especially love and recomend enjoying a beer at Country Boy Brewing on the property before heading to dinner.

Always a great stay at the Omni. Rooms are clean and current. Staff is helpful and goes above and beyond to meet expectations. Loved the spa, gym, and pool. Onsite speakeasy was wonderful and offered a delicious selection of bourbon & craft cocktails. Location was perfect!

The pool was definitely crowded, but it was also 100+ degrees.

Wonder experience at the Omni Hotel. Amenities were great the staff (Shateria, Ashley, London, Patrick and Houston) went above and beyond for us! We will definitely be back!

Very clean rooms and property. Offers valet parking overnight. Some may see this as a negative as it’s a little pricey. The staff was very helpful and courteous.
