Omni Louisville Hotel

The staff were professional and ready to assist from the moment I arrived. The property is immaculately maintained. I had a spa service and will definitely e returning for another.

Arrived at 17:30 after long day of driving and was first told room was not ready, then told there was no room. Told to wait for notification of room availability. Waited for two hours (with no comp…not even water). Inquired at desk and was told there was still no room. Instructed the desk to cancel reservation but was told I must do it through Expedia since that is how the reservation was made. After going through the AI interface was able to contact Expedia, who then had to get confirmation locally that the hotel would approve the cancellation. Finally, at 20:15 I was informed by Expedia that reservation was canceled. Desk clerk was impertinent throughout and made a point of being rude by pithily asking if I’d like a water after everything was completed. Won’t ever stay at the Omni Louisville, and be warned that some hotels will not honor your Expedia reservations.

Clean room.

Room was cleaned and bed made every time I returned to my room. Bed was comfortable. The market was nice, but wished there was vending and/or ice machine on the floor for after hours. I couldn't find either. A minibar would have been preferable to the bourbon bar.

Great place to stay! This is the 2nd time this year. We love the Speakeasy!

The hotel was beautiful and in a fantastic location for walking to whiskey row and NuLu. The restaurants could have been more appealing. We did enjoy the coffee shop most mornings.

This was my first stay at an Omni property and I was pleasantly surprised by the luxury without the luxury price. We never had to leave the property to find fun and good food. It was also comfortable and well maintained. Keep up the good work Omni Louisville!

Rude reception staff

Accommodations were excellent. It is always a relaxing stay.

I chose to Opt-out to Not receive daily room service ... which Housekeeping came and left nicely folded dirty / stained body towels. The floor was not sticky upon arrival but once I returned to my Unit 557 the floor was sticky.

Great place to be. Cost benefit is there. Building's sourrounding it's full of homeless tho. Be careful while walking
