Stayed here for a short vacation. The staff was very helpful and the hotel is in a great location. I would definitely stay here again .

Good location in the downtown of Louisville, nice and clean room, helpful stuff.

My husband and I were very disappointed. The room was small, no dresser to put our clothes in. We had to leave our suitcases on the floor which made it very hard to get to. A metal piece was sticking out on the bed frame which resulted in two cuts on my foot and one on my leg. The refrigerator was very small and it froze everything.

Very nice hotel.

I loved the location and the hotel was very clean and well maintained. Parking was annoying having to pay anytime I left the parking garage. Staff also were not too friendly.

Room was clean, bathroom spotless. Location was perfect in the middle of every action and very convenient.

Great property, very clean, all of the staff were nice & welcoming. There's parking options as well. The fitness center was also a great amenity. The pool area was nice, however there is a 5 person max at a time. During our stay there were 2 pool parties with well over 5 people in the pool, so that wasn't great. I would stay again & would recommend to anyone going to the Louisville area.

Resort staff was very friendly and accommodating to our early arrival. Facilities are very well, upkeep, respectful staff, in walking distance of the downtown attractions and restaurants as well as the YUM Center.

Horrible experience with check in . On the road for several hours , booked the room same day to stop and get sleep . Arrived at the hotel that evening way past check in time at 4pm and had to set in the lobby for 35 minutes because they were doing an audit and couldn’t give me my room and check me in . Front desk said they couldn’t help and management wouldn’t be back in until 9am the next morning and told me I had to wait .

We were put in a handicapped room, which wasn’t necessary. It was very sparse. The lighting in bath & living area was terrible. Otherwise, we stayed there 2 nights because I didn’t want to repack, and move

I also have concerns about the overall cleanliness of the property, as several common areas did not appear to be well maintained. In addition, the valet parking service was terrible. While the staff worked hard to make the situation better, the failure to provide the room that was booked, combined with the cleanliness concerns and poor valet experience, made this stay fall well below my expectations.
