Its one of the best places to stay in Louisville.

Excellent location and price

I did not see on expedia that they charge a $50/day "incidental" fee, reimbursed if there are none but would have like to have that know. There is also a $25 fee to park (sign at front desk), even as a booked resident of the hotel, which they take out of the incidental fee. The breakfast was nice and the staff handling that were very nice. Front desk were kind but either a bit aloof or bothered when I questioned the charges and at checkout when I asked for the itemized bill. The room was clean, plenty of towels but the fan in the bathroom did not work in either my room nor another quests room (breakfast conversation). It was ok but I think I'll look elsewhere if I visit that area again.

It is an Oasis in Downtown Louisville. Everyone was nice and did everything they could to make the stay nice

This hotel was amazing. Expedia made a mistake when booking my stay. The hotel did not have a reservation for me but Ms. Wendy wouldn’t give up until my reservation was straightened out. Her and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to help me. The hotel was clean. The location was convenient for everything we needed to do. We never had to move our car. We will definitely be back when we’re in the area.

Our room was clean, bathroom could be updated a bit but it didn’t bother our stay. Friendly staff, good on the go breakfast, covered parking and close walking distance to downtown, this was our second stay here and we will stay again next time we are in town

Towels are old and crunchy Pool looked unsafe to swim in Had to call down for towels multiple times and they never arrived. Room is clean to the eye but furniture is old and cracked & stale. Tv color is going out. This should be a 60-70$ a night hotel at best.

Pool is small and the $25 parking was a hidden fee but otherwise a great stay

It's also one of those hotels which seemingly have a strict no check-in before check in time policy. It was a disappointing stay.

Parking is not included in the price of the room. There are actually 2 hotels in the same building, which is very confusing when trying to find your room. Very quick to bring extra towels when needed. Bathroom was VERY small!
