Easy to get to and situated very close to downtown attractions. The hotel was clean and the room was comfortable. Some signs of ageing in the room furnishings, but other than that it was great place to stay for the night at a good price. Would definitely recommend.

We were driving cross country and didn't know where we would be stopping. We were able to book this just a couple of hours before checking in. The room was clean and comfortable. The shower was big! The breakfast had lots of options (and not just carbohydrates). Great location within walking distance to restaurants and bars.

Walkable and relaxed space

There was no signage that one side of the location was closed. We came in and it said ring buzzer. We did and no one came to let us in. We walked to the other attached hotel to be told to go back around to the other side to be checked in. The hotel was hot and muggy inside and smelled musty. The rooms were hot as well

Close to downtown hospitals, which made it easy for me to get to work.

Breakfast was good. Room was clean and the second day the cleaning staff left an animal made out of towels that was very cute! Property was quiet. There was a weird static sounds coming from a speaker on the wall. It was very distracting and made it difficult to sleep.

Stay was pleasant. Room was clean. Could use some updating in rooms. I saw a man cleaning the lobby and elevators constantly during the day which impressed me. Front desk was very courteous and helpful. Breakfast was good and had several options and plenty of stock. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again! Thanks

Cleanliness and staff None

Our first out of state family trip was fantastic and this was the best and cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in!

Everything was up to par, the breakfast line up was amazing and staff was great. There's nothing I didn't like.

If driving the parking is expensive, the garage is horrible if you have a larger vehicle. The fact that two hotels are connected and it’s not very clear is so confusing. The rooms were nice, water very hot , nice oatmeal bar for breakfast but they didn’t keep the coffee up and creamers were empty. For the amount we paid it was lacking.

The breakfast was very good with a nice variety of options. Everything was fresh, well-stocked, and tasted great. Their excellent customer service helped make our stay even more enjoyable.

Location Breakfast was horrible

Our room had some burn spots, which I told the receptionist about and the pool had something floating in it, like black pieces all over and we didn’t know what it was. Not to mention the pool was super cold. And when I checked in I had to pay for an extra parking pass that was not mentioned when I called and asked about amenities and availability, then I had to put a card down for incidentals which they said was $50 dollars and charged my card and then $250 dollars came out and I tried to ask questions of why it was so high or $200 more than what they said I was being charged for. And when I tried to ask they blew me off about it and made me feel stupid and then she handed me the cards for the room but didn’t tell me when floor or what elevator to use so we were lost. So no I’m sorry but overall it was a pretty bad stay and we were not happy.

breakfast staff was amazing!

The indoor pool (which is why I chose this place) was closed. The WiFi was spotty at best. We did not eat the continental breakfast so I cannot comment on that. VERY outdated. The attempt for usb outlets failed. One worked. One did not. Glad we brought the plugs. Even with the air down on 66, it was hot and stuffy in the room. Think old “80’s hotels. One positive is the lady at the front desk was very sweet and polite. I wish I had gotten her name.
