Clean and comfortable No coffee etc in the tray for those items. Got some from friends next door but the coffee machine didn’t work OR as I discovered the next morning, the socket didn’t work for my phone hadn’t charged overnight. (Only other socket would have been by the handbasin).

clean room great price area was a little iffy, when we got there we had to use the bullet proof window also in morning. dont blame you but says a little something about area... everything went fine

Clean room. Great shower. Friendly staff. Easy $50 cash deposit returned at checkout. Recommend for anyone wanting low requirements without the extra amenities.

Room was very clean and tidy

it's the minimum for the $$ in the area basically. & you will encounter all walks of life there take it how you will. I probably wouldn't bring going kids here to stay if I could help 8t

Didn't smile.It seemed like she hated her job. the air conditioner filter was filthy. I cleaned it plus the front of the air conditioner.i have talked to someone in booking and I have emaild pictures for what I had to pay I would think it would had been cleaned better for the first two night its was 195.92 then add another night was 83.00 278.92 . and i had to clean and when I asked for new towels and washcloths the house keeping was rude and said they did not have any that I would have to wait so I never got any. I feel if its going to be a two star rating, they should have two star prices i would have thought that with it being close to the airport in faregrounds. That they would hope their workers to a higher standard of keeping their hotel. Taken care of. so yes I would say im very unsatisfied

Easy check-in. Easy $50 cash deposit returned after checking out. Good location to get to Kentucky Kingdom and the Mega Caverns. The bed was fine. The shower worked great. Room was very clean. Air conditioning also worked great.

They are infested with roaches

Staff was friendly and pretty thorough with cleaning. We stayed several nights and we asked to not be disturbed until we left which they honored. Waffle House next door. Smoking on Balconies, dirty between mattress and box springs ( we always check for bedbugs ) Our microwave was damaged so we didn’t try to use it.

It was pleasant and clean The bear was very comfortable

The price The front desk lady looks & sounds like she hates her job. The whole property, including inside the elevator & our room, smelled like marijuana. The elevator sounds like it’s not up to code. AC wouldn’t blow cold air the whole time. Mattress sucked.

The price The plug for blow dryer didn't work. Pillows were flat and I asked for extra pillows and was told they didn't have any. They only had two large towels for a room with two beds that can accommodate 4 people.

Nothing Everything

Not enough towels in the rooms for showers. That’s the only complaint. Other than that, the stay was ok and the staff was nice.
