Super 8 by Wyndham Louisville Airport

what little sleep i did get. I also got to relax once i got there for a couple of hours. the staff was very friendly and fixed one of the problems If the room was cleaned, with out of having to call. the fridge was not cleaned and guest prior to staying in the room had left clothes behind the door which staff didnt look nor notice. the neighbors was really noisy in the middle after midnight

Clean but much more run down than pictured. Staff were so friendly.

No hot water in the shower, toilet wouldn’t flush, floor in bathroom would “sink” when you stepped in. Spend more money to stay elsewhere.

Bad

I have stayed in over 1000 hotels in my life and this one was, by far, the worst. Hotel is not maintained inside or out, it smelled, no housekeeping services for the 5 days we were there, carpet dirty, marginal breakfast food, lukewarm water for a shower and I could go on and on and on…….

El precio es lo único rescatable. La habitación era decente. Al entrar había una toalla en el suelo. Los pasillos huelen terrible.

This is not in a safe location, property is falling apart, was advertised to have an airport shuttle and they did not, the only positive is that the sheets appeared clean and the AC worked. Staff was generally kind but I have seen some sketchy places and this was at the top of the list. The only reason I did not immediately leave is that there were literally no other open rooms anywhere in the area

Woke up felt terrible and checked out 4 nights early.

The staff was friendly for the most part. That is the only positive I can say. The room wasn't cleaned. Glitter and hair everywhere. Floors and shower were dirty. Expedia says they offer airport shuttle. They do not. They say breakfast is included. Cold cereal, white bread, hard boiled eggs, mini donuts. No do not disturb signs in the room and even after requesting no service, they enter your room anyway to replace towels. I didnt expect luxury at a Super 8, but this was really bad.

Not much. Staff was nice. Old, dirty, poorly maintained.

The property is also as old, worn down, and dingy as the other reviews say. The room smelled funny. But yes - bedbugs, and management that got mad when I told them about it. Avoid this property at all costs.

Pleasant

I’ve seen homeless shelters that were better maintained than this establishment.

Amenities said airport shuttle that was a key factor in choosing, the hotel has no shuttle. Dirty hair in the tub filthy walls throughout, horrible.

It was okay for one night. But it severely needs a maintenance person to go thru the rooms!!

Toilet didn't work had to manually flush it. So many repairs needed. Smelled awful and stained sheets. I would love a refund. Do not stay here.

Bad

A literal roach Motel. The carpets were sticky and black. You pay for what you get.

The staff were super nice and helpful and i appreciated the lemonade every night.

I think the actual scent was some kind of undiluted floor cleaner that was left on the laminate floor. The floor itself had a very waxy feel to it so I kept something on my feet until I put them in the bed. I saw no bugs are anything like that (win!) but the place wasn’t in great shape. The breakfast is pretty bad so do not expect the type you see at other places that offer it. I was in room 110 in case this message in a bottle lands on the right beach. I’d really only recommend this location if your alternative is the sidewalk outside… If I had a rental car I’d probably have slept in it.
