The property is extremely run down and dirty.

Nothing The door,the shower,the bed covers,the carpet and the sink

The AC was great and they didn’t have bugs but the upkeep of the building is horrible. It wasn’t as clean as most hotels I’ve stayed at in the past. It seems they hire people that don’t know what they’re doing to fix things (drywall, shower head, the bathtub, and handle in the shower) it looks like they renovated but the person didn’t know what they were doing the flooring is already coming apart and buckling. There was a step up to the bathroom and almost tripped on it everytime because it wasn’t done properly. Didn’t try the breakfast and the staff was pretty nice.

The only good thing I will say is they refunded our money. The hotel is in terrible condition. Our room was awful dirty and poor maintenance.

Pleasant

This motel is a bit on the older side, but it is clean. The bedroom is very nice and beds are comfortable. The bathroom is very tiny and outdated. So if that matters to you, you might not like it, our drain was really, and the maintenance guy was on it immediately and fixed it right up. Very friendly and helpful staff. When we checked in, they recommended an excellent Cuban restaurant up the road. It’s very convenient to the airport. We stayed for the louder than life festival and it made for the perfect spot to get a good night sleep.

Bugs and bad conditions. Not to mention roving crooks nearby. Not to mention their breakfast was the worst out there. 0/10 would not come back

The bathroom tub was dirty. The ac was set to 60 but it was about 80 the whole time. It was way to hot in the room, no one could get comfortable.i took my shoes and socks off to shower and my feet were black within 5 minutes after showering. The bathroom is about 5 foot wide if that. You cant even open the door if someone is using the toilet. Not the best place but it was a bed for the night.. oh and the door didnt like to shut.

A/C barely worked , the place is falling apart , the bathroom door would not close , the front counter staff were polite is about all it had going for it , $330 for 1 night and it was disgusting I do not recommend anyone stay there with that price point

I like how convenient it is with stores and food places right nearby the staff here is very helpful and great at their jobs making you feel welcome the cleaning crew is very good stays on top of everything the place is clean the beds are comfortable

Nice little hotel. No complaints.

The place is good for the rate, will need renovations soon, staff is nice, my only complain is that people smoke outside and door was not completely sealed and smoke came inside the room.
