Holiday Inn Louisville Airport South by IHG

Generally clean and no major issues. Room smelled a little musty (twas very humid) and weird caulk job on one shower edge. Hot breakfast was fantastic for reasonable $6 per person on top of decent room price.

Safe and nice place to stay here.

Our room was very clean and had plenty of room. Bed was very comfortable. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Surprised there is no free breakfast.

Overall clean. Just the front desk staff was not good, not really friendly, messed up my room key, gave me initially the room with already guests in, terrible. And overall it seemed she didn’t care.

Their in-room AC units are exceptionally loud. I’ve had the same issue in two different rooms.

We were very pleased with our stay. The rooms were very spacious, clean, and comfortable, nice breakfast bar with a variety of items to choose from. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel. This will be our hotel of choice when we are in the area again.

Always clean, comfortable beds. All the staff is very accommodating, friendly and very professional. Araceli always makes us feel comfortable and welcomed. She and her staff are the best. Always enjoy the breakfast buffet.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and well supplied; and the A/C worked well and was quiet. The area had some noise (hotel construction across the street / airplanes landing and taking off) but it was not bothersome. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean rooms

Those at the service desk were absolutely fantastic. I didn’t have any issues checking in, getting needed information and helpful before I even asked. I would stay at this again.

This place was spotless. We enjoyed her staying, and hopefully we'll get back and do it all over again.

Would have been better with a continental breakfast but the facilities were quiet and clean.
